Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very disappointed that there was no cooked breakfast option. Was really looking forward to a full English but ended up just having some toast.

Excellent. Staff are first rate.
Pros:

The staff were very good. The continental style breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

This is an inn. My room was above the bar. It was quiet by 11:30 pm but you might contact them if that affects your schedule, because there are other rooms. For me it was no problem.
