Muy acogedora estancia

La atención del personal, muy amables y mucha rapidez en la atención, sin lugar a duda un lugar muy acogedor, en lugar céntrico muy bueno, ideal para descansar después de un largo viaje, el servicio del restaurante muy bueno y de calidad sazón muy excepcional.

Excelente lugar pintoresco para quedarse en Xalapa relación calidad precio.
Pros:

El servicio es muy bueno, la gente muy amable, el cuarto en un rincón del edificio muy acogedor. En general la habitacion para la relación calidad precio está super bien, y esta bueno el desayuno.

Cons:

El lavabo estaba tapado por lo que se fue acumulando el agua que iba usando, las llaves de los baños estaban oxidados y la cortina de la ventana ya estaba medio rota.

Cons:

Instalaciones con puertas pequeñas y escalones altos, con riesgo de pegarse en la cabeza, no funcionaba ni el telefono ni la TV, mala apariencia de la limpieza del baño, no ponen toalla para pararse en la regadera, jabones muy pequeños, tuve que comprar uno afuera del hotel, los vehiculos se quedan en la calle, mal sabor del cafe del desayuno

Me volvería a hospedar definitivamente, excelente ubicación

Saliendo del baño me caí dos veces, se junta bastante humedad y con suficientes tapetes estaría muy bien

La ubicación y lo fácil que es llegar.

I M P O R T A N T E
No se puede descansar a gusto.
Las instalaciones no cuentan con mantenimiento o lo ignoran, está un poco descuidado en las habitaciones.
La habitación está muy pero muy reducida por el precio.
No sirve el aire acondicionado, no cae agua caliente, no tiene cortina (usa persiana que deja pasar luz) no apagan las luces.
Todo, absolutamente todo se escucha, me tocó un grupo de personas escandalosas con un teclado y no dejaban de reir, chiflar y así estuvieron por 3 horas, no es una cantina.
No lo recomiendo.
