nothing besides the view
they charged my card two times, the ac wasn't working at all, there's no vent in the bathroom so if you shower longer then 20 minutes you can't breathe, zero respect from any employee and when I spoke to the manager about charging my DEBIT CARD for a extra $760... as a mistake she basically just hung up and had a attitude the entire time.
Westin is always a hotel I can trust and choose with confidence. As always, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The bell staff who helped us unload our luggage upon arrival and load it into our car when we left were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they were the friendliest and most attentive staff we encountered during our stay. Their warm and thoughtful service made a wonderful impression on us and made us feel especially welcomed.
We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and look forward to staying at Westin again.

The air in our room was stale and not working properly.
Our room 1102 had a sort of “permanent urine smell in or around the toilet bowl. I recommend housekeeping SOAK with bleach around the bowl within toilet seat to get rid of the foul smell
BE AWARE! If you book through here, after they will double charge you at the hotel, and believe me it will be a headache to get your money back!!! After sending multiple emails to the property I’m still waiting for a total refund!

Close to subway, cleanliness of the room, bed was very comfortable. Great views of the City from the room.
The Elevators ran a little slow. The guy in the cafe on Saturday afternoon had a bad attitude and didn’t make me feel welcome. The drinks and food were overpriced in the cafe. No shuttle services to the airport. My name didn’t appear on the TV to welcome me as most Marriott Hotels display after check in.

Elevator issues. Have to go to CVS for anything you may need.
