Pros:

The breakfast area, room, and pool were all very comfortable, clean, and easy to access. The facilities were beautifully maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The pillows were too high for my preference, which made them slightly uncomfortable to sleep on.

Brilliant stay, exceptional service and views
Pros:

Absolutely loved this resort. I am a former travel agent and this is easily one of the best places I've stayed in. Every detail was brilliant. The staff were brilliant, from house keeping to the food & beverage staff, nothing was short of amazing. My room was near the adults only pool, which was fantastic and quiet, with views over the entire resort.
The entrance was delightful, with a welcoming greeting and drink upon arrival. Staff sat me down to run through the facilities across the resort, including transport to/from accommodation, maps, restaurant bookings and the spa. The views from the restaurants and main pool were exceptional. The sunsets made this place extra special, and you can't go past the brilliant breakfast buffet. From a cheese wall to pastry selection and juice bar, everything was what is expected of a 5* resort and more. I love the area too, being so close to the airport, a quiet and clean little town, it truly did make the stay one in a million and I can't wait to come back.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast was a little disappointing - either too watery or too strong.
The food at the Italian restaurant could be improved. While it was lovely, the restaurant would benefit from more traditional dishes, rather than the upmarket menu that was on offer.
The room needs a wider range of pillows. Most of them were too buffy - I prefer a smaller flatter pillow. The air conditioning in building 8 could also benefit from an upgrade.

جميل لو معاك سياره ومواصلات تحت رجلك ، بعيد عن المناطق السياحية . لان مافي شي قريب حول الفندق.

اللي تعاملت معاها في الاستقبال، كنت احرص على ان الغرفة تكون في طابق مرتفع وكان منصوص عليها في الحجز . ومافي تعاون منها ابد. وبطريقة منرفزه جدا.

前台小姐英文中文都流利，welcoming place
Pros:

離海灘很近，接駁服務非常方便，海灘又少人又美，很乾淨的沙灘，是很細、乾淨、可以直接踩的沙子，位置離機場近，很適合旅者

接駁車叫了之後會需要一點等待時間，出門時要稍加提早
