An amazing place to recharge your batteries and relax
Pros:

When we arrived we had to wait for our room, so did not get in it until 4.15pm even though check in is 3pm. The staff were nice and offered us a drink while we waited. The room was excellent and very clean with an amazing view of the ocean. Lots of mosquitoes around outside, but they had provided mosquito spray and a plug in repellent. There was not a lot of hanging space for clothes as we stayed 9 nights.
The breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had especially the choice and most of the staff were extremely nice and very accommodating especially when breakfast was nearly ending and checking if we needed anymore coffees etc. to have in the restaurant or take away.
the evening meals were nice at the Thai and Vero but we were very disappointed with our steaks at Vero's as our daughter who had been 3 years earlier was raving about them and especially the food in general at Vero's. Not sure if the chef's have changed but we were disappointed with our next meal there as well, so only visited twice where as my daughter and her partner went nearly every night for 2 weeks!
The pool and facilities are excellent.
At the bottom of the drive up to the resort there is a lovely Thai restaurant and a supermarket.
We would definitely return and would recommend this resort, an amazing place to recharge your batteries.

Cons:

The food at Vero's was disappointing and also we turned up on our 2nd night without booking at 7.50pm, unfortunately according to the staff we couldn't get a table until 8.30pm even though the restaurant was only a 1/4 full if that?

A must stay
Pros:

A most extraordinary resort architecture. The lobby, two restaurants, and the wrap around (a tree) pool is a masterpiece. We stayed in the 300 section with full seaview and crushing waves beneath. The beach was well accesible and rejuvenating.

Cons:

The staff was a bit pushy during the last hour of breakfast. A bit of consideration would be helpful.

استثنائية ورائعه

Ми проживали в цьому готелі з 9 по 17 травня. Загалом відпочинок був хорошим, і до останнього дня у мене залишалися дуже позитивні враження про готель. Ми оплачували сніданки за весь період проживання — 8 сніданків, оскільки заїхали 9 числа ввечері, а виїзд був 17 числа. Відповідно, 17-го вранці ми ще мали право на сніданок.
Після check-out ми пішли на сніданок, набрали їжу, і вже з повними тарілками посеред ресторану до нас підійшла працівниця та почала говорити, що у нас “немає сніданку”. Потім підійшов інший працівник, і вони почали з’ясовувати це прямо посеред ресторану при інших гостях. При цьому персонал сам не розібрався між собою та з рецепцією, але замість цього зупинив нас у дуже незручній ситуації.
Для мене це було дуже неприємно і навіть принизливо. Особливо через те, що це сталося публічно, посеред ресторану, коли ми вже сиділи з їжею. Складається враження, що рівно в ту секунду, коли гість робить check-out, сервіс і ставлення різко змінюються: зникають посмішки, увага та повага до гостей. Це залишило дуже гіркий післясмак.
Особливо прикро, враховуючи, що ми залишили в готелі значну суму грошей: проживання, ресторани, вечері, покупки та додаткові послуги. До цього моменту я хотіла рекомендувати цей готель друзям, але останнє враження повністю перекреслило весь позитив від відпочинку.
Дуже шкода, що саме в день від’їзду ставлення до гостей настільки змінюється.
