Friendly, stylish hotel on Brighton seafront, close to town.
Pros:

Great room with two large windows, views overlooking a quieter part of Brighton Beach. Very comfy, with a good supply of coffee and teas in the room. Two armchairs and a wardrobe with bathrobes. Friendly staff and breakfast/bar area. Good transport links; we even managed a trip by bus to Friston Forest!! Would go back again:)

Cons:

An overhead shower with no option for an adjustable handheld shower was a bit awkward. However, this was a minor issue, as the views and location made up for it.
