Perfect hotel looking out to sea.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Relaxed feel. Super comfortable bed.
Polite, friendly and professional staff.
We had a great room with a balcony to sit out on and look out to sea. Definitely plan to return when visiting Brighton.

Fabulous!
Pros:

What a fabulous stay here! The staff were immediately welcoming and the room was outstanding! Very stylishly decorated with comfy bed and fantastic amenities! Well done guys!

Cons:

Only that the shower made the toilet area soaking but I'm sure youre on this!

Shutters to blackout the room. Ac was banging. Bed was comfy.

Stairs, no lift, but the dude checking me in carried my bag up which was unexpected!

Pros:

I loved the high quality and selection of teas and coffees, including decaf options, and especially the tiny bottles of UHT milk. Also the bathroom was beautifully designed. A very comfortable stay.

The view from the Kings sea view room is insane. The bed frame is artsy and the room is all round clean and beautiful.

Brighton has lots of sights, laneway shops and some great restaurants
Pros:

Classic building on the waterfront within walking distance of the main sights with a nice breakfast and caring staff.

Cons:

Lots of stairs but rooms provided do not match photos.

Wonderfully comfortable with stunning views
Pros:

The sea view was stunning. The room was beautifully cool with air conditioning even in a heatwave. I loved the in room bath and the toiletries smelled like a spa. Everything about the room was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave the room. All the staff were friendly.

Cons:

My only negative comment was the breakfast was a little underwhelming. I would definitely stay again in future but with so many breakfast options in Brighton I might choose to eat out next time.

Pros:

Zimmer wunderschön. Sehr bequemes Bett und schön eingerichtet. Lage direkt an der Promenade dazwischen zwar eine Straße hat aber nicht gestört.

Cons:

Wartezeit und Auswahl des Frühstücks.
