Great value from a clean well run establishment.
Pros:

Great location, with council car park just across the road.
Only a few minutes walk from the Tower Ballroom

Cons:

Seagulls could be noisy in the morning. 😳

We stayed in room 4 which was fantastic new beds were very comftable lovely new carpets new decor and spacious kids loved it then we were extended our stay at room 8 which was amazing too... breakfast was 5☆... marc and cath went out there way exceptional host and we will definitely be booking again in a couple of weeks!! kids loved marc and cath too.. x

Pros:

Good location and value for money. Breakfast choices were good but eggs needed cooked more as served raw. Bedding was clean and fresh towels provided.

Cons:

No parking available. No hot water in room. Very dated decor and in need of carpets updated. Half of the blinds were missing and unable to close.

Would recommend to anyone, 5* service all round
Pros:

One of the nicest B&B I’ve ever seen in all the times I’ve stayed in Blackpool. The breakfast is 10/10, the whole place is clean and comfortable. As for the owners, they are lovely people, Catherine was very attentive to her guest and made us feel very welcome each morning and making sure we had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if going back to Blackpool!

Perfect stay for our weekend break

Great little B&B. Easy check in and communication, welcoming and helpful owners and staff. Perfect for our short stay, beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Brilliant and a most enjoyable stay
Pros:

The Hosts Cathy and Mark were absolutely helpful wonderful people and made our stay as comfortable as possible.
We had a delicious full breakfast every morning and felt very welcome.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are well maintained. The location couldn't be more central.
Overall a most enjoyable stay. Definitely planning and staying again later in the year

Brilliant stay
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. From the minute we arrived, we were looked after by our lovely host, who was so friendly and accommodating.Our room was compact but was very stylish and had everything we needed for our stay, The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again.
