Soggiorno piacevole in una località che merita considerazione.

Pulizia e posizione centrale

Cons:

Purtroppo un contrattempo fastidioso ha condizionato la colazione al mattino e ha ritardato la nostra partenza: l'unica addetta presente in albergo non riusciva ad aprire la stanza della cucina e non è stata in grado di fornire alcuni prodotti della colazione (caffè, latte, prodotti conservati in frigorifero...) e non aveva accesso alle chiavi per aprire il garage dove erano parcheggiate le nostre biciclette. Ha faticato ore per trovare una risposta dai colleghi, tutti irreperibili. Solo dopo un'ora siamo riusciti a ripartire, con le nostre bici. Dicicmo che tutto si è risolto, non è mancata la cortesia del personale, ma qualche difetto dell'organizzazione c'è stato.

Pause très agréable en plein cœur d'Alba
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Les produits proposés étaient bons. La personne de la réception a même pris la precaution de nous téléphoner en debut d'après-midi pour nous demander plus précisément notre heure d'arrivée. Très agréable expérience.

Cons:

Ma nièce (ado) aurait apprécié avoir une connexion WIFI.

Accueil très sympa, chambres confortables avec clim ce qui en plein été nous a bien arrangés... Petit déjeuner complet. Séjour d'une nuit mais à prolonger sans problème.Emplacement central très pratique. Parking (payant) à proximité.

Great room, friendly staff and a fantastic location
Pros:

We had a spacious and nice room, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is fantastic, and there is parking close by.

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, proprio accanto all'hotel S. Lorenzo. Molto pulita la struttura.

Cons:

La colazione è modesta. Lo staff è molto gentile, ma non sa fornire adeguato supporto alle richieste del cliente sui trasporti, su come muoversi, su cosa vedere, su dove mangiare.

Το μικρό αυτό ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια κεντρική πλατεία της Alba, η πρόσβαση από το σταθμό των τρένων είναι πολύ εύκολη. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα, λιτά και πολύ καθαρά. Ήταν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή και σωστά κοστολογημενη. Το προσωπικό έκανε χίλια πράγματα ταυτόχρονα, αλλά ήταν με το χαμόγελο και εντέλει εξυπηρετούσαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.

Cons:

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο φροντισμένο. Λιγότερα πράγματα αλλά καλύτερης ποιότητας. Ο καφές ωστόσο ήταν πολύ εύγευστος.
