Auf meine Anfrage bekam ich mein Wunschzimmer. Wunderbar!
Auch das Schwimmen im Innenpool habe ich sehr genossen!
Der Umgangston im Hotel ist sehr freundlich!

L’hôtel a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Les services ont été irréprochables, les chambres élégantes et parfaitement entretenues, et l’attention portée aux détails s’est ressentie tout au long du séjour. Une expérience digne d’un 10/10.

Cons:

Je pense qu’un mini-bar dans la chambre aurait été un petit plus appréciable.

Mooi schoon hotel. Maar zeer slechte communicatie en slechte kussens.

Het hotel is heel mooi en netjes. De spa was ook prima.

Cons:

Bij aankomst sprak de medewerkster geen engels alleen duits. Bij inchecken kregen we het pasje voor de kamer zonder enige uitleg. Op de kamer konden we alleen douche in bad wat erg glad was. Ook de kussen van het bed waren erg slecht geen enkele vorm van steun in het kussen voelde je harde bobbels. Ook roomservice besteld waarbij de medewerkster geen engels sprak. Ook de menu kaart en alle uitleg / info in het hotel alleen in het duits.
