Camere moderne, zona tranquilla con molto verde, personale gentile

Tutto perfetto per il soggiorno che cercavo, prezzi ristorante un po alti per i piatti in menu, ma pietanze molto buone ed abbondanti

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The jacuzzi and the pool at the spa was amazing specially during the heat wave.

Relaxing stay with a feline guest
Pros:

Very convenient location, just 15 minutes’ drive from Dortmund, yet peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by forest. A great place to unwind. The breakfasts were tasty, and even the repeated menu did not bother us. We also really appreciated the well-working A/C, which was a real blessing during the heat in Germany.

What made the stay truly special was the staff: Micha at reception was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially as we were traveling with our cat, possibly the hotel’s first feline guest.
Bogdana from housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Even though the hotel is very pet-friendly, everything felt exceptionally clean.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage im Grünen, sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Sehr großer kostenfreier Parkplatz. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Cons:

Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, das Hotel zu finden. Ein Hinweisschild an der Wittbräucker Straße wäre hilfreich.

Das unterm Bett nicht sauber gemacht wurde und 2 Schüssel von den da vor noch lagen.

Das wir Zimmer mit Terrasse wollten und nur mit Fenster bekommen haben.
