I think room service is poor as it closes in hotel like this you would expect 24 hour room service even if only a sandwich also they charged me more than quoted saying it would be paid back too my card still not recieved

Schönes Hotel mit Mega-Essen, aber ein Paar Dingen die echt genervt haben
Pros:

Dinner Show (le Petit Chef): Absolutes Highlight. Das Abendessen war einsame Spitze, die Show genial und unser Kellner unfassbar professionell. Das Essen hat wirklich hervorragend geschmeckt.
Frühstück: Das Frühstück kostet zwar Aufpreis, lohnt sich aber komplett. Mega gut und vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her absolut top.
Wellness & Personal: Der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich super gelungen. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war durchweg höflich, zuvorkommend und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Massage-Enttäuschung: Die Massage an sich war zwar von der Qualität her okay, aber beim Timing gab es riesige Unterschiede. Meine Freundin hatte die volle Zeit, ich wurde hingegen nach nur 35 Minuten abgefertigt, obwohl eigentlich 50 Minuten angesetzt und gebucht waren. Das geht leider gar nicht.
Hundegebell am Morgen: Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich, was an sich schön ist. Allerdings hat ein Hund im benachbarten Zimmer in den Morgenstunden gute zwei Stunden am Stück durchgebellt. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken, das war absolut katastrophal.

Das Hotel ist ok, hat aber hat Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig, das Zimmer war ok. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Der SPA-Bereich ist ok. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht ansprechend und auch nicht reichhaltig. Die Bademäntel waren teils zerrissen. Es sollte auf jeden Fall mehr kontrolliert werden.

OK stay but would choose another nearby hotel instead.
Cons:

Cooling was adequate but not very cold, AC was a little noisy.
I left my Bose In ear phones in the room, $250.00 value, the hotel did not contact me to return them to me.
