Cons:

Pubic hair on the bed. Dusty smell which made us sneeze all night. Very small, nothing like the photos. Staff were non-responsive to our complaints. Completely ignored us

I would not recommend this hotel
Pros:

The location of the property was ideal from Amsterdam central station and it was walking distances to many attractions and tourist sites. Or metro or tram.

Cons:

The hotel is in old Amsterdam. They do not make it clear that the building is very old. Therefore the stairs in the hotel is very high. No lifts to carry suitcases. The rooms are really old and dated and small. We had mosquitoe bites and bathroom smelt very badly. No amenities such as iron or kettle had to request this and if you are lucky you will get this. The noise in the hotel is awful. The windows are wooden and as it’s right on the strip of a tourist road. It is very loud all night. You can see all the noise from the floors below and above and near you.

The location was great for everything we wanted to do

Cons:

Sadly the room had lots of mosquitos, despite killing them more entered the room. The shower wasnt too great, either very hot or cold and water pressure poor.

Was a nice experience all over, don’t go with luggage’s, may not be space to accommodate.
Pros:

Very clean beds, change of bedding and towels as needed, daily even. Very nice staff.

Cons:

Very small rooms, very old building, good service, but the setting was old and couldn’t offer much. Some rooms had no opening windows, but air conditioning.
