Very relaxing, idea location. Highly recommend this hotel, Tami most helpful.
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Rooms bright and clean. Location perfect. There is no lift but staff are very happy to either situate you on ground floor to take your bags up and down the stairs. Lovely safe area to walk around.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The reception area is very nice with bespoke light fitting to mirror the ceiling.

Pros:

Merkez istasyona, kanal gezisine, alışverişe kısacası her yere yakın. Personel oldukça ilgili. Manzara çok güzel.

Cons:

Yatak yumuşak geldi ama bu kişisel tercih. Bu kadar merkezi olunca dışarıdan gelen gürültü de olabiliyor haliyle.

Clean, comfortable and central hotel, will definitely be staying again
Pros:

Really friendly staff, reception is open 24 hours. The rooms are a nice size and beds are comfortable and clean. We had a lovely view of the canal. I travelled with 2 children and the hotel is really central to everything we wanted to do.

great value for money
Pros:

the property was really nice and clean, it was very comfortable and amazing value for money the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, we were very happy with the property

Cons:

the only thing we have to say we didn’t like was the fact the tv had bad reception but we didn’t use it much anyway

The beds are comfortable but quite narrow, they arr built in a way that it's quite easy to slip off. Still got some good nights of sleep though

Great staff, great location, authentic looking Amsterdam building on the canal
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were fantastic - especially Thami who was so friendly and very helpful, especially helping us with our luggage. The room was small, but clean, and although the bathroom was separate to the room, it was private. We had to exit the room and cross the corridor to enter our private bathroom, but didn't see any other guests when we did so. We had a fantastic stay.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but other than that, can't really fault it.

Nice, clean, friendly, great location.
Pros:

Central location was very nice. The hotel was pleasant and clean. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. The rooms were small, but we only were in the room to sleep at night. Very good value

I would definitely stay here again , Tommy was extremely helpful & very kind .
Pros:

Very central & easy to get to. Very clean & modern the staff were very very helpful & generous !

Cons:

Check in was a little late if you had an early flight but they were helpful and gave us a late checkout as I had a child with me .

Senza finestre apribili in camera e completamente senza finestra nel bagno.
