Great location, lobby and amenities but a pretty underwhelming hotel room experience
Pros:

Awesome lobby and pretty nice pool area! The location is great too, everything is a stroll away ha.

Cons:

A few points really skewed the experience in a not so pleasant way.

1. The quality of the hotel room itself was far from ideal
2. Cleanliness was lacking, again primarily in the hotel room itself
3. Dead cockroach on the room floor that was never cleaned
4. Asked for a spare towel since the room wasn’t serviced the following day and was told I’d have to wait till the next morning, not exactly what you want to hear when you’ve run out of towels!

Приятное лобби и входная группа, уютные столики перед отелем. Неплохой бассейн. Удачное расположение.

Cons:

Отель после ремонта, но есть вопросы к качеству ремонта. Следы краски и штукатурки на чистовых поверхностях.

Alles war super!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Der Service war hervorragend und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel çalışanlarının hepsi çok güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi ilk andan itibaren çok rahat ve değerli hissettik. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz ve tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz.

Pros:

Удобное расположение, рядом пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Много кафе рядом.
Русскоговорящий персонал

Cons:

позднее заселение. На букинг указано, что с 13:30, по факту в 14:30 номер не был готов.

Ужасная слышимость. В туалете слышно , что говорят в соседнем номере. И слышно достаточно громко.

В номере , в зоне, где стоит чайник - нет розеток. Чтобы нагреть воду , надо переставить чайник на пол к розетке. Это кто придумал такую идею ?

Уборка номеров очень медленная , постоянно приходилось просить об этом . Постелньое белье не менялось вообще за время проживания ( 5 дней ). Мне не нужна смена каждый день , но раз в три дня было бы замечательно.
Под кроватью не убирали со времен постройки отеля, видимо.
Скудный завтрак. Без изменений . Одно и тоже каждый день.
В отеле можно сдать вещи в прачечную. 450 лир / пакет вещей одного цвета. Если нужно сдать белые и черные вещи - это 450+450 лир.
Много котов живут на территории отеля , не дружелюбные. Во время завтраков - лазают по столам.

Pros:

Готель розташований в затишному спокійному районі, до моря пішки орієнтовно 7 хвилин, в номері чисто, білосніжна постіль та рушники. Є можливість додатково замовити сніданок ( шведська лінія). Є басейн. Гігієнічні засоби є абсолютно всі, навіть мочалки для купання. Дуже було приємно, адже такого повного комплекту засобів не часто можна зустріти. Вважаю дуже комфортним для проживання.

Могла б поставити 10 балів, але поставила 9 лише через один момент, який дещо засмутив.
Напередодні виїзду я отримала повідомлення про можливість скористатися послугою пізнього виїзду. Для нас це було дуже важливо, адже трансфер був лише о 18:00, тож доводилося чекати майже весь день в коридорі з дитиною.
Коли я звернулася на рецепцію, адміністраторка, жінка, що розмовляла російською мовою, відмовила нам у цій послузі. При цьому на Booking було видно, що на той момент були доступні пʼять номерів нашої категорії, а до вечора залишалися ще два. Саме тому причина відмови залишилася для мене незрозумілою.
Я розумію, що пізній виїзд залежить від завантаженості готелю і не може бути гарантований. Однак у цій ситуації, враховуючи наявність вільних номерів і те, що ми були готові оплатити цю послугу, таке рішення здалося мені недостатньо клієнтоорієнтованим.
В усьому іншому перебування було чудовим, і саме тому моя оцінка залишається дуже високою.

Хороший отель
Pros:

Хороший отель, можно бронировать без карты. Все чисто и уютно, локация классная. Работают русско говорящие девушки красавицы, легко решаются вопросы. На завтраке, если хотите омлет или яичницу, то нужно говорить😉 рядом с отелем классные мороженщики🙂
