Le personnel est bienveillant et l'hôtel doit être rénové
Pros:

Le personnel est bienveillant et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Cons:

La chambre avait deux lits simples alors que j'avais demandé un lit double et la chambre proposée sentait les égouts et j'ai préféré rester dans la première chambre. L'isolation est défaillante car le bruit des avions était trop fort.

Pros:

The breakfast was very healthy and filling. The staff were amazing, the hotel is really beautiful and well taken care of.

Cons:

I didn’t like the gym facilities also the air conditioning was really poor.

Charged us more as I booked for 4 people two rooms but in their system it was showing 2 ppl 2 rooms

Charged us more, there were cockroach in the reception on our arrival to welcome us. During breakfast birds from outside would also come inside and set on chairs, tables, bread etc and would eat on bread in the basket, the staff would simply scare them away and remove the bread pieces that were touched by the birds. One of the bird pooed on a chair and the staff simply wiped it by his bare hand. very poor level of cleanliness and food standards. Charged us more as I booked for 4 people two rooms for my family but in their system it was showing 2 ppl 2 rooms

L’invasion de cafards dans les chambres, les draps sales (taches jaunes), les fourmis, le manque de considération du personnel suite à mon départ anticipé du fait de tous ces désagréments.
