Theft from room by staff
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable.

Cons:

Theft from the room. Items appear to have been stolen by staff. CCTV showed only two staff entering, the only other person entering was my wife.

While management was helpful with CCTV review, they are very dug in about "maybe we lost it". Choose which story you want to believe when choosing where to book.

Unfortunately this is unresolved.

Discreto y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la Zona T pero no en medio del caos de ese sector.

Cons:

El desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado pero inmediatamente acudieron a darme soporte, sin embargo el tema va porque es algo angosto y no circula tan rápido el agua.

Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy rico, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, está bien ubicado, cuenta con estacionamiento y el personal en general es muy atento y cortés.

Cons:

Tuvimos una situación de limpieza de una de las 3 habitaciones que teníamos, pero fue prontamente corregida gracias al personal de recepción que envió inmediatamente a personal de limpieza
