Theft from room by staff
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable.

Cons:

Theft from the room. Items appear to have been stolen by staff. CCTV showed only two staff entering, the only other person entering was my wife.

While management was helpful with CCTV review, they are very dug in about "maybe we lost it". Choose which story you want to believe when choosing where to book.

Unfortunately this is unresolved.

me gustó mucho lo cómodo que era, lo espacioso, lo limpio y lo amable que era el staff.

Buena estancia
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy rico, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, está bien ubicado, cuenta con estacionamiento y el personal en general es muy atento y cortés.

Cons:

Tuvimos una situación de limpieza de una de las 3 habitaciones que teníamos, pero fue prontamente corregida gracias al personal de recepción que envió inmediatamente a personal de limpieza

Excelente y cómodo
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. La calidad-precio está muy bien. Me sorprendió lo amplio y cómodo que estaba la habitación, incluso tenía una mini habitación adicional que no esperaba y nos sirvió mucho. El personal súper amable y atento a ayudar. Pudimos llegar a muchos buenos lugares caminando y en uber rápido.

Excelente Hotel en la Zona Rosa de Bogotá
Pros:

Excelente trato al huésped, fueron muy amables y respetuosos con nosotros en todo momento. Resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y nos ayudaron muchísimo cuando me robaron el pasaporte. Los recepcionistas de los dos turnos y el taxista del hotel fueron gente muy atenta. Las instalaciones sencillas pero limpias y agradables, también tiene muy buena ubicación y es de fácil acceso, cerca de centros comerciales, tiendas, restaurantes y a unas cuadras del Transmilenio. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos de nuevo regresando a Bogotá.

Cons:

Lo único malo fue que debido a la zona suele haber gente en las calles cercanas a altas horas de la madrugada y si tienes el sueño ligero te pueden llegar a molestar, pero eso es algo totalmente fuera del alcance del personal y del hotel en sí mismo.
