MARAVILHOSA!
Pros:

Tínhamos todos os dias em nosso quarto água mineral que levávamos conosco nos passeios. O hotel tinha filtro, gelo, cafeteira nos quartos, e café na recepção 24h! O banheiro à disposição dos hóspedes que chegavam antes do horário do check-in tinha gratuitamente hidratante, escova e pasta de dentes, aparelho de barbear com espuma, pentes e protetores auriculares. E nossa 1a diária contou com biscoitos doces e salgados no quarto!!! Realmente uma belíssima surpresa. E ao lado do hotel, há um restaurante Michellin rated.

Cons:

Os quartos não são espaçosos, logo, para uma família de 4 pessoas com malas para guardar para uma estada de 10 dias como a nossa ficou um pouco apertado... A vizinhança é barulhenta pois tem muitos bares ao redor, uma base do corpo de bombeiros local e muita polícia passando... Peçam os quartos mais altos e do fundo que tendem a ser menos barulhentos.

China town is really bad.
Pros:

Being first time in NYC I didn't know how bad and stinky china town is. This hotel was the only bright thing in this neighborhood. It was neat Subway station and that's it.

Cons:

Everything, garbage everywhere, smells, the whole area is stuck in 1960s, not a single building looks new and clean. And for 200$ per night you expect at least room to be new, but it was the same as surroundings.
