Plus dans cette hôtel,..il y a mieux …à moins chère…. Pour ce dont le touriste est venu cherccher…

Proximité plage, et mall.

Cons:

Très bruyant tant que les vas et vient des scooters et camions de livraisons par l’accès au mall beach walk se trouvant juste à 2 mètres des chambres…
Personnel très carré, pas assez objectifs sur leurs prises de décisions…manque de professionnalisme envers les touristes…
A défaut de cabine de douches il n’y a que la baignoire qui ne se vide pas ainsi que les lavabos, sachant que nous avons loué 3 chambres..
Dès 6h30 du matin, le personnel qui pousse leurs chariots sur les chemins en pavés , c’est pour vous dire : le boucan que cela fait…à 7h dès travail de renovations ….. brief un sans foutisme des clients…

Check for construction work prior to stay.
Pros:

Hotel room was lovely however we where in the family suite and there is no lift and a massive set of stairs to climb so no good if you cant climb stairs. Staff where fantastic all round and the hotel was very clean.

Cons:

The front of the resort was being demolished at the time which we where not told about prior to booking. So there was no restaurant or bar to be used at all. The noise was so loud and all day it could be heard really bad by the pool this was less than idle. Breakfast was set up in the ball room which was ok however the food was always a little cold. The workers where jack hammering pool side one day so there was no relaxing by the poor at all. There was also a angle grinder going all through the night at the hotel also which we brought to the attention of the reception staff however nothing was done. Was a little disappointing i would check if all works have been completed prior to your stay. we where at the hotel from the 11/7/26-20/7/26.

Great location for beach and shopping. Beautiful gardens and traditional Balinese styling.
Pros:

Great location across the road from Kuta Beach and next to Beachwalk Shopping Center. Gardens are beautiful and so well-maintained.

Rooms a little dated; but very traditional Balinese styling.

A heavenly oasis in Kuta with beautiful staff
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. All so friendly, helpful and attentive. Everyone greeted you everywhere you went. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Beautiful pool area, lovely cocktails, gorgeous gardens and grounds. Loved the squirrel banyan tree and the bird feeding stations. Loved that they had such an emphasis on recycling and used glass wherever possible, not plastic. Just a stunning hotel, immaculately clean with the most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever slept on! We want to buy the mattress! Ha ha. We will definitely be back to this amazing, beachfront oasis in the heart of Kuta.

Great location for surfing families
Pros:

Location is great, shops all around, beach break surf straight across the road, lots of chairs, beanbags and sun lounges on the beach for sunsets...and drinks.
Included breakfast was nice.
The staff are all really friendly, polite and super helpful.
We stayed in the big 3 bedroom family room, its really good with the split levels and two bathrooms, there are a lot of stairs though, no issue for us.
The pool is great, swim up bar, outdoor shower (great for post surf).
The gym is OK.
Lots of undercover parking for scooters.

Cons:

There's not many restaurants within walking distance, no big deal if you have scooters or don't mind getting Gojek/Grab or taxis.
Just keep in mind that Kuta Beach Road (Jalan Pantai Kuta) is one way and there is a tonne of traffic produced by Beach Walk Shopping Centre next door.
