Pros:

The location was fantastic, close to everything in Kuta while still feeling peaceful and relaxing inside the resort. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay and went above and beyond to help organise a surprise proposal setup in our room. The flower arrangements, decorations, and attention to detail were incredible and made the occasion truly unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area was great, and the new gym facility was a welcome addition with everything needed for a solid workout while travelling. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such a special trip.

Cons:

Some areas of the property are showing their age, however it was clear that renovations and upgrades are underway throughout the resort. The improvements being made, combined with the excellent service from the staff, left us with a very positive impression overall.

Was a brilliant stay overall and will be back.
Pros:

Location was brilliant. Room was great size and bed very comfy. Restaurant was my only complaint, the menu was not reflective of value for price compared to many other places I ate at. The breakfast was great thou. People were so lovely and helpful. Def would stay there again.

Cons:

I ordered plate of hot chips, maybe got 12 chips in total which was for $6 nz which was not good. I sat by the pool for a couple of hours and no service came around to order a drink or food.

Very good property, comfortable stay, great location, close but far enough away from Kuta!
Pros:

Great location, very clean well maintained property. Great pool and good restaurant bar facilities. Lots of alternatives closeby. Opposite safe clean beach.

Cons:

Poor quality bath towells, not white but shade of light grey. Not fresh smelling.

Had an amazing time at this hotel. From the room to restaurant, swim up bar, clean and safe. Recommend to all ages!
Pros:

Everything was great! The staff were welcoming. Hotel is in Prime location in Kuta and the restaurant was delish!

Cons:

No elevator. Although only 1 flight of stairs.

Okay stay in Kuta
Pros:

Location is right by Kuta beach, a hop across the road.

Cons:

Built ins and the entrance door are old and quite shabby. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Shower volume could be stronger. Hard to plug in to some power outlets. People in upstairs room were really noisy after 9am.
