Nothing was too much trouble on the telephone, front desk and even the maintenance guy. Top service

Long weekend Away
Pros:

Room was a nice size, beds were super comfy. Location was absolutely amazing for getting to and around the city centre and Waverely Train station. The staff were super helpful and the hotel bar being open till 2am was an added bonus as we could grab a snack and drink after returning from a concert at Murrayfield. The Gents working behind the bar were amazing so polite and attentive.

Cons:

Only 2 slight improvements. The TV position in the room was a bit odd as it's offset a long way away from the bed and infront of a chair that's facing away from it aswell. Finally, be nice of the bar offered a draught beer and not just bottles/cans. But everything else was faultless and we will be returning.

Wonderful location with a comfortable and inviting lobby
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable. The lobby was especially inviting with food and drink services and a comfortable place to rest away from the crowds of tourists.

Çok keyifli ve güzel konumlu bir otel.
Pros:

Otelin konumu tren garına yürüyüş ile maksimum 10dk mesafede.Old Town a ve diğer görülmesi gereken yerlere çok yakın.Personel güleryüzlü ve odamızı uygun olduğu için ücretsiz upgrade yaptılar.Oda sessiz temiz ve güzel .Oda da vakit geçirilebilir yeterince büyük.

Cons:

Room service koridorda daha sessiz olabilir.

Posizione eccezionale, 2 passi dalla stazione e 2 passi dalle attrazioni principali
Camera spaziosa per i canoni inglesi, bagno ampio, colazione abbastanza varia

Cons:

2 volte sono venuti di pomeriggio per pulire la camera mentre ci rilassiamo quindi abbiamo solo cambiato gli asciugamani

Comfortable, convenient( if you can walk uphill) friendly
Pros:

Close to station . Only a short walk ( uphill!) to Royal Mile

Cons:

Rooms quite small but cosy. Well insulated which was fortunate as in spite of being on fourth floor our window was level with a walkway up the hill!!

Expensive but will do the job.
Pros:

Location was superb, just close to everything at a walking distance. Train station was just 200 m. All restaurants, shops, bakeries and major attractions were very close. This saves up on many other things.

Cons:

Breakfast
Room was small but ok
The hotel was like a maze, but you will know your path after 1-2 times moving along it.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Leider war es im Juni auch sehr teuer.
Aber das war absolut Ok!
Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Das Bad war super, das Bett sehr bequem, das Frühstück war ebenfalls fein. Am Buffet irrten die Gäste etwas planlos hin und her 😉
Das Personal war überaus freundlich!

Pros:

Très bien placé au pied de old town. Personnel sympathique

Cons:

La chambre malgré son emplacement au 3ieme étage était quasi aveugle… juste une petite fenêtre à 2,5 m de haut qui ne donnait sur rien. L’impression d’être dans une prison.. de luxe certes mais une prison !
Non conforme aux photos !!

Great location, right next to train station and bus stop to the airport, really nice bar downstairs, and comfy room

not good value for money. The hotel was good but pricy for what it was (I guess Edinburgh old town prices though)
