Pros:

The staff were too good.Zoya,Srishti,prabha , bishoya , Vaishnavi to name a few.I can't remember all names but all of them were brilliant.Nandan Singh Chef was very kind and helpful and specially made a dish that was 10/10.

it generaly good just need to improve and give more details on the pastry section

service ,room and swimming pool was great the dinner at the buffet was ok

Cons:

Viennese at the breakfast was quite dry and bread so so, i have to wait a little for the buffet and sadly they use radish micro green(small herbs) which work perfectly on salade or any savery items but should not been used into a vanilla and strawberry panacotta cause the taste of radish doesn't go well with strawberry and vanilla .

The hotel is beautiful, with stunning flower displays that create a luxurious atmosphere. The fragrance in the reception area was divine and made a wonderful first impression. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. Overall, the facilities and ambience made for a pleasant stay."

"There were a few areas where cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The bathroom sink was blocked when we arrived. Although maintenance responded promptly and temporarily fixed it, the same issue returned the following morning. We also noticed small food flies in the room after keeping some fruit there. In addition, my experience at the swimming pool was disappointing. The pool attendant/lifeguard was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable by watching me continuously, which affected my enjoyment of the facilities."
