We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur! Traveling with twin babies can be a handful, but we enjoyed our time a lot, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Mohit and Pawan for taking such great care of us. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at The Leela and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay with our family. The food was exceptional, the service was excellent, and the entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful.

What made the experience even more special was the genuine care and attention we received from the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure that our family had a memorable stay. It was lovely to see such a high level of hospitality and personal attention throughout.

A special mention to Srishti and Manisha, who were always there to assist us whenever we needed anything. Their warmth, helpfulness, and personal attention really stood out and added to our overall experience.

We had an amazing family time and are taking back some beautiful memories with us. The entire experience was truly special and one that we will remember for a long time.

Our dining experience was truly exceptional and became one of the most memorable parts of our stay.

From the moment we entered the restaurant, Jyoti welcomed us with such warmth, grace and genuine hospitality. Her friendly and caring approach immediately made us feel comfortable and valued, and her welcoming presence added a very personal touch to every visit.

A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Kaushik, who looked after us so wonderfully throughout our stay. His service was consistently attentive, professional and thoughtful, and he always made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The beautiful treat he arranged for us on our last day was incredibly touching and made our farewell meal even more special. It was a gesture we truly appreciated and will remember with great fondness.

We would also like to express our deepest appreciation to Chef Himanshu, whose efforts were simply outstanding. He took the time to prepare special dishes for us every day and repeatedly surprised our table with thoughtful and beautifully presented creations. His creativity, passion, generosity and personal attention transformed every meal into a special experience. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our dining experience memorable.

What impressed us most was not only the excellent food and service, but the genuine kindness and personal attention shown by the entire team. Jyoti, Kaushik and Chef Himanshu are exceptional members of staff and truly deserve recognition from the hotel management. They represent the very best of hospitality and made us feel more like special guests than ordinary customers.

We leave with beautiful memories, and their kindness will remain one of the highlights of our stay. A sincere thank you to all three of you for going above and beyond and for making every visit to the restaurant so special. We would happily return and would highly recommend the restaurant because of the outstanding hospitality we received.

Property was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and welcoming.

Ms. Dami is a very good therapist and she did foot massage out of top standing and have an excellent knowledge about all pressure points. Her behaviour was also excellent! 👌

Went with family for spending some quality time at Delhi 32. Hasan, as always, made everyone feel very welcome and ensured everything was upto mark. Chef Lucky prepared house favorites which were immensely enjoyed by everyone. Poojan's impeccable service was icing on the cake. Have been visiting for past many years now, and have always enjoyed the wonderful hospitality. Special thanks to Hasan, Chef Lucky and Poojan, and
other members of staff for the wonderful evening.

We were travelling solo, and what made our experience even more special was the warmth and professionalism of Zoya from the Front Office team. She was exceptionally helpful, polite, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. People like Zoya are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable experience.
