Wij vinden dit een erg fijn hotel en zijn er al meerdere keren geweest.

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel en erg lekker eten.

Cons:

Ik had verzocht om een kamer zonder tussendeur, de vorige keer ondervond ik geluidshinder van dronken buren. Dit keer kreeg ik weer een kamer met een tussendeur. En toen heb ik op verzoek, een andere kamer gekregen.

Séjour réconfortant dans ce bel hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable (en particulier la literie), avec des parties communes magnifiques, fleuries et qui sentent très bon. Les restaurants servent de la bonne nourriture, dans des conditions d’hygiène irréprochables. La chambre est assez grande, bien isolée d’un point de vue phonique et correctement équipée. Le personnel est serviable, même si la taille énorme de cet établissement empêche la personnalisation du service. Excentré mais c’est le prix du calme (relatif).

Cons:

Des difficultés incompréhensibles pour payer mes nuits d’hôtel : 4 cartes différentes refusées, alors qu’elles ont fonctionné partout ailleurs en Inde. Légère odeur d’humidité dans la chambre et le papier toilettes dégage une odeur vraiment épouvantable.

Not a pleasant experience, had to stay there as i was participating in the HCL bridge tournament
Cons:

Stayed in 2 rooms 1521 and 1611. the chair's lever for raising not working. Fridge in 1611 not working, Weighing machine batteries dead, , cordless phone not working, kettles in both rooms leaking. Complimentary fruit basket served without knife/plate/napkin. Room bill for 1611 not given for 2 nights inspite of multiple reminders, even to the duty manager. was informed on last night only that breakfast is complimentary for GHA members. so was made to pay for 4 days breakfast.
