Entry gate staff behaviour
Everything is good and the staff were so professional and polite.
Its a bit corner from the road and incase own conveyance is not there booking of cab is a bit difficult especially wehn it rains.
I have many emails confirmed on my booking at the hotel. But when called to the hotel after riding a taxi towards the hotel they replied there is not my booking. I requested for checking they cleared that there is no my booking. Then I returned from mid-way and again booked the Leela ambience Gurgaon. Stayed two nights from 31 July to 2 nd August. I was so surprised with this practice. My taxi driver was so rude to change the route and venue of the hotel and I again paid 2500 INR except for the booking charge. Ohh ... I Can't describe the situation.
