We just loved our stay

Great five star hotel!
Wonderful staff, food was really good, comfortable room, everything was just exceptional from the guys at the reception to the chef at the restaurant who was around and personally making sure we are getting what we need.
Really appreciate their service.

Cons:

Ordered Aalo Gobi for which they charged ₹1500+ taxes, but the dish was completely uncooked. I brought this to the chef’s notice; however, the response was very cold and unhelpful.

The booking process was equally disappointing. I tried reaching them directly, but the response was extremely slow. After almost 48 hours, they got back to me, by which time I had already completed my booking through Booking.com.

I also shared this feedback at the reception during checkout, where I was informed that I would receive a callback. Till date, I have not received any response.
