Prettig voor een paar nachten.
Pros:

Super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das langweiligste Frühstück, das ich je hatte. Das Bad war sehr klein, so dass man sich für die Benutzung abwechseln musste. Leider hat es auch keinen Lift. Unseren grossen Koffer in den dritten Stock zu bringen war folglich sehr anstrengend.

Great choice, great price
Pros:

Very nice calm hotel, very comfortable and relaxing. Nice big family rooms, and superb breakfast. All staff very friendly and hotel very clean and well maintained.

Für einen Kurztrip immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Durch die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel läßt sich alles einfach erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für London sehr gut.

Cons:

Wie in allen Hotels dieser Kategorie sind die Zimmer klein und eng.

Excellent value in a good hotel in a great location for exploring London
Pros:

Conveniently located near Paddington Station around many local facilities (shops, pubs and restaurants). Reception was very inviting and easy check in and out. Decent, but limited breakfast.

Cons:

Room was adequate as a solo traveller but some areas need some general maintenance but nothing was dirty or distracted from my stay

Our stay here was a complete nightmare. We requested a double room but were given a twin room with an uncomfortable bed. The room was on the 5th floor (top floor) with NO lift. Hauling luggage up that many steep stairs is a safety hazard, and the hotel should be forced to disclose the floor level upfront.
​The room itself was stiflingly hot. While they gave us a fan, there were only 4 plug sockets in total, meaning we couldn't even charge our phones by the bed. The bathroom was absolutely tiny and didn't even have liquid hand soap, so we had to go to the supermarket to buy our own. To make matters worse, the room was overwhelmingly filled with chemical bleach fumes when we arrived, causing an immediate, severe headache.
​When we tried to cancel immediately upon arrival due to these conditions, the management dug their heels in, refused to cooperate, and demanded a full £130 cancellation fee even after Booking. com support called them directly. Finally, breakfast is served in a completely different building on the other side of the road.
Luckily it wasn't raining. Absolutely terrible value and shocking management. Avoid at all costs.

Buena ubicación con algunos detalles
Pros:

La ubicación es maravillosa, a unos pasos de la estación de paddington por ende está muy bien conectado

Cons:

La limpieza podría mejorar y el personal de aseo y desayuno si bien son amables hacen todo apurándote como para que desocupes rápido todo, en recepción son muy amables y atentos!
