Pros:

La atención de todo el personal fue simplemente fabulosa. Desde el equipo del lobby, el personal de limpieza y quienes nos atendieron en el restaurante, todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Sin duda, su calidez y excelente servicio hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y considero que podrían mejorar en ese aspecto. Aunque la relación calidad-precio es aceptable, sería muy positivo renovar la infraestructura, las amenidades y algunos espacios destinados a los visitantes. Esto haría que la experiencia fuera mucho más cómoda y agradable.

La piscina, el desayuno y el personal. Like

Cons:

El aire sonaba como motor de tractor descompuesto jeje, los baños limpios pero muuuuy viejos (tasa y lavamanos) el tv pequeño, la nevera también sonaba mucho. No habían lamparas. No me quedaría nuevamente 😔

Cons:

el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y el baño obsoleto , lúgubre le faltaba una luz que nunca repararon, además un TV que funcionaba mal y al denunciarlo prometieron cambiarlo , cosa que no ocurrió.
