Our hotel door closes at 10:00 p.m. After that, access is only possible with a PIN code. In case of late arrival after 20:00 please contact the hotel at least 1 day before your arrival. You will then receive the PIN code.

快適でした
Pros:

アパートメントに泊まりましたが、とてもよかったです。部屋も綺麗で、朝食も美味しく、洗濯もできました。少し下ればマッターホルンが見えて、朝焼けにも充分間に合いました。スタッフさんも良かったです。

The location was great and the facilities were very nice and clean

Cons:

No one was there to check us in at 3:00pm no one showed up until 3:15 (it said the desk was staffed from 3-8pm). We had to leave in the morning at 8:30. We went to check out at 8am and no one showed up to help us until 8:15.

Pros:

L'accueil a été parfait. Nous avons été mis dans une chambre plus grande que prévu.
Ns en étions ravis.

Cons:

Des clients ont fait un tapage nocturne pendant 2:00 ce qui nous a réveillé mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.

The room was fantastic, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

The distance from the main downtown area was a bit rough to walk. We did enjoy being away from the crowds though.

Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge, die Betten waren sehr bequem, das ganze Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wir konnten uns für die Weiterfahrt gut stärken
Da das Hotel etwas abseits vom Bahnhof liegt und man nicht so gut zu Fuss sein sollte, bietet das Hotel einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttle an. Wir sind gelaufen und konnten dabei noch einiges von Zermatt sehen

心地よさ人柄の良さ
Pros:

受付から掃除のスタッフさんまでスタッフさん達の人柄がとても良くて心地よかった。
日中にホテルに帰ってきたときにロビーや広々とした庭が心地よくとても落ち着いた。

どの部屋にもベランダがあり景色も悪くないので、日中部屋に帰ることの多かった私たちには心地よかった。

Cons:

スイス旅行では若い人達や私たちのように貧乏旅行者はスーパーで買い物をして夕食にすることがあるのでキッチンはありがたいが、お盆があれば部屋でゆっくり食べることができるのにと思った。
