Pros:

Все очень любезны, от горничных до ресепшен. Очень удобные подушки и матрас. Локация очень удобная. Тихий район около Голубой мечети

Location is amazing! The guys and reception are just so lovely and eager to help

Cons:

- milk in the breakfast was sour 2 days in a row, I didn’t realise until I drank the coffee which was horrible
-beware that being so close to the mosques you might get woken up at 3am by the call to prayer

Pros:

A localização é muito boa. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos. A vista do café da manhã também é ótima. Mas o que mais se destacou foi a atenção dos funcionários em especial do Rohat. Ele nos deu muitas dicas, ajudou com o transporte, ligando para agência e alterando o horário a nosso pedido. Nos emprestou o cartão de transporte público, facilitando a ida em outros lugares. Ele também indicou restaurantes muito bons.

L’emplacement était bien

Cons:

Balcon qui donne sur un mur remplis de clim , qui font énormément de bruit et sur un toit où les chats venaient sur notre lit quand la dame de ménage laissait ouvert .
La douche couler une fois sur deux
Chambre extrêmement petite .
Extrêmement bruyant .
On a demander à changer de chambre , la réponse est évidemment non , sans même avoir ni regarder , ni pris le temps de vraiment comprendre.

Hotel was in the centre of tourist area accessible to any means of transport
Pros:

The Trip that Restored My Faith in People
Pros:

The hotel and its staff were the best thing about this trip. I had my daughter who was solo traveling and was so excited to experience Istanbul however she had an incident that had made her feel unsafe, I called the hotel to set-up activities with transportation. The hotel staff was very empathetic, surprised and helped set- up what she needed. They checked in with her the time she was there. They helped her communicate with her airport transportation even after she had checked out. They even told her not to let the bad experience be what she remembered about Istanbul. I will be forever grateful for all of them. My daughter is 20 years old and is going to school in Spain and she has not had a bad experience traveling around the last 6 months. We will be coming back to Istanbul together spring of 2027 so we can do all the things she didn't get to do and we will be staying at the Aristocrat Hotel! The hotel staff, the food and the bed was the best thing about her trip.

Pros:

Breakfast is well served from an amazing rooftop. Location is great, close to important tourist attractions.

Cons:

The shower drain was not working properly and the water would not flow very well. Guests were very loud and we could hear them through the walls.
