Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always ready to help and accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean. The beach right in front of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, probably one of the best beaches nearby. The sunbeds and umbrellas were very comfortable.

Erholung und einen kleinen persönlichen Hotel mit schönem Strandzugang
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat einen kleinen Pool und liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Am Strand gibt es sehr bequeme Liegen, die man gegen Gebühr mieten kann. Es sind immer Liegen frei. Das Frühstück ist gut. Man bekommt jeden Morgen eine Grundausstattung (Wurst, Käse, Butter, Marmelade, Honig) und kann sich dann noch etwas aus der Karte dazu bestellen. Dadurch wird das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. In den Ortskern geht man circa 20 Minuten.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Der Gast steht hier im Mittelpunkt und man fühlt sich hervorragend betreut. Besonders der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.

Pros:

Everything was beautiful, the room was always clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. Beach bar Sor was also amazing with great coffee and cocktails. If I ever come to Crete again I would definitely stay at Batis.

L’équipe chaleureuse et très attentionnée, propreté irréprochable de l’établissement, le petit déjeuner varié, copieux et de grande qualité, le calme de l’hôtel !!!

Lovely well presented and clean Hotel with a wonderful sea view. Kind, caring and diligent staff members, Great choice of food and drinks! Having a pool is such a bonus when not wanting a beach day! Views from the rooftop area were stunning especially when the sun was setting! The staff are amazing will go the extra mile to help !

Good location, nice staff, Good breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the beach, nice staff. Many good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

I did not like that we only got one cup of coffee for breakfast, you had to pay extra for the secund one. But the breakfast was otherwise very good and healthy. We liked it very much.

Pros:

La plage privée, le restaurant avec petit déjeuner très sympa (choix à la carte, avec boisson chaude et froide). La piscine était très agréable. Toute l’équipe du personnel a été au top tout le long du séjour, tous souriants et serviables. L’hôtel est, par ailleurs, joliment décoré, avec du mobilier moderne et confortable.

Cons:

Nous avions pris une suite (city view), la disposition était particulière… l’évier de la salle de bain se situait dans le salon… hormis ça, la chambre était agréable, avec 2 balcons spacieux. La femme de ménage très insistante, qui est entrée deux fois pendant notre présence sur la même matinée, sans frapper…

Pros:

Sehr großzügige Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr sauber. Supernettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück sehr gut mit a la card. Pool nicht sehr groß, aber sehr angenehm mit tollen bequemen Liegen.

Cons:

Tolles Hotel am falschen Standort, Strand ist nicht so umwerfend. Balkon nach hinten, doofe Aussicht.

Incroyable et mémorable
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné deux jours au sein de l’hôtel. En arrivant nous avons été surclassé en chambre, nous avons été accueilli par une hôtesse adorable. Le service est top, le petit déjeuner délicieux sans parler de la plage privée de l’hôtel situé juste devant qui est juste trop belle avec un rapport qualité prix super. Pour la journée avec location de serviette, des transats, plat et boissons, cela nous a couté pour 2 personnes 22€ au total. Je recommande cet hôtel fortement et je reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se représente. PS: le roof top est dingue et exactement comme sur les photos.

Es hat uns einfach alles gefallen! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat gemerkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich von Herzen kommt. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt und jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts genossen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit – wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Es gab wirklich keinen einzigen Punkt, der uns missfallen hätte. Im Gegenteil – unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns äußerst willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die warme Gastfreundschaft, die Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben unseren Urlaub zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Man spürt deutlich, wie viel Engagement und Liebe zum Detail hier eingebracht wird. Daher haben wir keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
