Ingresso, ristorante e posizione. Brava la massaggiatrice e ottimo Alberto al ristorante.

Cons:

Spa a pagamento sembra un'infermeria e non c'entra nulla con il resto dell'hotel. Nessuna atmosfera, piccola, angusta con dettagli tristi e sporchi come i vetri e le porte. Il bagno turco a pagamento e' terribile: un buco con 2 luci al neon orribili e un vapore ridicolo, pareti gelide almeno accendetela prima visto che e' su prenotazione e a pagamento. Inoltre sempre nella spa la doccia non si riesce a farla tanto sono ostruiti di calcare i pori.

In camera manca un kit in bagno doveroso per un butique hotel.

Absolutely everything. The beds are so soft, the room was huge, very clean, good shampoo and conditioner ( extra points for that in MX) shower temperature and pressure is fantastic, balcony, very romantic feel, beautiful place, and let me tell you about the A/C. Yep maybe I love this place. Walking distance from life of san cristobal, block from central park just far enough to not hear the noise when you get worn out because San cristobal (because you will) is amazing every time we come.

השירות היה מושלם במיוחד רוצה לציין את קריסטל שעזרה לנו כאשר נאלצנו להתמודד עם דחיית טיסתנו מטוקסלה עקב שביתה בנמל התעופה. היתה יעילה ונעימה .
