Bed bugs there !! The place needs to be controlled !!
Pros:

Location is good for where we needed to be, but the hotel is not clean at all and full of bed bugs !!

Pros:

The property was close to where we needed to be, but that came with extra costa in the form if bed bug bites !!! We have contacted Booking to file a complaint.

I loved everything about my trip.
Pros:

I was not expecting that the breakfast at the hotel would be so nice. It was freshly served and it lasted very long time, like from 07-30 till 10-30. All the staff members were very friendly, whenever I needed hair dryer they gave me. Especially miss Chopna and miss Sophia during the breakfast hours were very friendly and nice to me.

Cons:

Everything was fine. The hotel lobby smells so good and fresh. The tube station Shadwell is just in 10 min walk from the hotel.

Really good stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast. Asked for lower floor as I have difficulty climbing stairs. No problem. Friendly staff. Well worth £184 for 2 nights for a double room. Shower was very good. Window opened out too which is a bonus.

Cons:

There was no small bin in room. One in bathroom. Maybe forgot to replace bin when they emptied from last visitor.
