Na jedna noc, zeby rano byc na lotnisku, super wybor

Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu, transfer z lotniska do hotelu, obsługa hotelu.

Cons:

Śniadania- za mały wybor dań, przez 3 dni, ten sam asortyment; nie zawsze donosili( dodawali) brakujące produkty.
Co do niezbyt miłej obsługi na recepcji( jednej pani tylko) napisałam w mojej opinii podczas pobytu 3-4 sierpnia b.r.

Lokalizacja hotelu, transfer gości hotelu z lotniska do hotelu, obsługa hotelu miła.

Cons:

Jednak podczas pobytu w hotelu w dniach 25-27 lipca, przy wymeldowaniu (27.07) w recepcji była nie bardzo miła obsługa, pani na recepcji ( nie pamiętam imienia- ciemne włosy, miała okulary)nie wytłumaczyła normalnie,że jest pobierana opłata lokalna. Na moje dodatkowe pytania w języku angielskim- odpowiedziała niezbyt miło, a potem rozmawiała z innymi pracownikami hotelu w recepcji( między sobą )w języku włoskim, śmiali się, poczułam się niekomfortowo, odniosłam wrażenie że to ze mnie.

Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr gestresst und unfreundlich auf dem Zimmer gab es nur 2 Handtücher für 2 Personen absolut no Go bin sehr enttäuscht .

Pros:

Très bon accueil par la réceptionniste qui parlait français et qui nous a bien renseigné pour nous rendre à la gare, située pas très loin de l'hôtel.
Le train est très pratique pour rejoindre le centre-ville car l'hôtel est assez éloigné.
Le restaurant sur place. Le petit-déjeuner est correct.
