Mi hanno costretto a pagare una certa somma sul mio biglietto turistico, cosa che non ho mai fatto da quando sono venuta in Italia, e inoltre vivo in Italia. Non sono venuta in Italia per una visita. 🤔

Pros:

Hotel pulitissimo, moderno, stanze silenziose e ampie. Colazione spettacolare. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante, ottimi piatti e prezzi corretti.

Śniadanie- wyczytałem że jest od godz 6 rano a było od godz 7, na 7 mieliśmy umówiony transfer na lotnisko. Transfer przesuneliśmy na godz 7.15 dnia 27.06. Śniadanie zjedzone w nerwach i pośpiechu, okazało się że personel musiał szukać kierowcy na sali śniadaniowej, nastepnie kiedy udalo sie wyjechac ok 7.20, kierowca wysadził nas na ulicy ok 700m od lotniska, to skandal!! Nie bylo chodników i malo co nie potracil nas autobus, w nerwach i pospiechu szukalismy lotniska z bagazami!! Kierowca stał i zapalił papierosa-do zwolnienia!!!

Long walk from the sestri ponente train station especially on a hot day and if you have luggage to haul.

Bed in a standard queen room was too soft and not very comfy.

Front desk didn't seem too friendly. We came in from a long walk from the train station on a very hot day and front desk person was all business and didn't seem very welcoming.
