Important information:

The hotel bar is open between May and September. Reception is open from 08:00 until 21:30.

Please note that you will be picked up by staff at the harbor, and then taken to the hotel. This shuttle service is at extra cost. Please let the property know your expected arrival time on the island in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

The hotel has two direct passages (free of charge) to the beach, and an outdoor infinity pool (on charge).

There is an additional charge to use the infinity pool, the access has to be booked at the reception,

Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la plage et du départ des sentiers de randonnées vers le Stromboli. Le village est très beau et très calme.
La chambre pour 4 personnes vue sur le jardin, climatisée avec terrasse et possibilité de faire secher du linge et de profiter de l'ombre vue sur le stromboli était très agréable (spacieuse avec un étage, bonne literie).
La petite plage privée de l'hôtel vraiment chouette et très accessible de la terrasse de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux, le café délicieux

Cons:

La douche était un peu petite
L'air de la climatisation ne se distribuait pas très bien dans la chambre : froid en bas, chaud en haut
Certains produits du petit déjeuner semblent être "industriels": pain, jus, jambon,...il y a peu de fruits.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful location with stunning views. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with plenty of delicious options to suit all tastes. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, making our stay even more memorable.
We would gladly return and highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Brīnišķīga atpūta uz salash
Pros:

Jumta terase ar iespēju vērot kino (vai zvaigznes un vulkānu), baseins, pieeja pludmalei, laipns personāls un ļoti garšīgas brokastis. Īpaši patika ciematiņa sajūta, jo katrs numuriņš ir kā atsevišķs namiņš.

Location da sogno a Stromboli, ma struttura da rinnovare.
Pros:

Una struttura in una zona davvero bellissima, un villaggio pieno di fiori. Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, il che rende il soggiorno molto comodo. La spiaggia privata dell’hotel è accessibile a tutti, un vero plus. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Da segnalare in particolare il ristorante interno, semplicemente al top: i ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono simpaticissimi e si mangia davvero molto bene.

Cons:

Purtroppo alcuni aspetti hanno lasciato a desiderare. La camera tripla assegnataci era piccolissima e decisamente non adatta a ospitare tre persone. Le camere in generale sono molto datate e avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione: abbiamo trovato copriletti bucati e fuliggine. Anche la colazione si è rivelata molto deludente. Inoltre, avendo richiesto di posticipare il check out di 5 ore, ci è stato addebitato un sovrapprezzo di 30€ a persona, decisamente eccessivo. Infine, la piscina è a pagamento.

Emplacement fabuleux mais personnel et services désastreux
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans le village situé au bord d'une belle plage. L'architecture de l'hôtel est magnifique : plein de terrasses et dédales blancs ! On se sent pleinement sur l'île de stromboli et on tombe sous son charme

Cons:

Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est désagréable : accueil très froid, on a toujours l'impression de déranger...
Pas de bar le soir juste le restaurant ouvert
Les chambres sont très petites, la salle de bain est hors d'âge...
La piscine est payante et minuscule : 10€/pers la demie journée avec bonnet de bain...
Pas d'eau dans le mini bar : c'est la moindre des choses sur une île où il n'y a pas tant de commerces que ça !
Concernant le restaurant, ce n'est pas mieux : personnel très désagréable (sauf Christine, une serveuse francophone qui nous a bien aidé, merci à elle !) : pas possible de commander des sandwichs sur la terrasse à 13h30, juste sous prétexte que le cuistot n'avait pas envie !
