Important information:

Please note that Melchsee-Frutt is a car-free zone. Parking is possible at the cable car valley station against a surcharge. During summer guests can take the car to certain points in Melchsee-Frutt, only during restricted times.

Please note further that the Frutt Spa´s swimming pool and sauna are only accessible for guest older than 14 and 16, respectively.

In winter, the hotel cannot be accessed by car and no parking is available at the hotel. Guests can leave their cars at the Stöckalp parking lot or use pre-booked garage parking, both at an additional cost. In summer, it is possible to drive to Melchsee-Frutt, where parking is available at an additional cost.

The cable car ticket from Stöckalp to Melchsee-Frutt includes luggage transport (only until 17:20 in summer and 17:30 in winter).

Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon egyedi 1900 méteren fent a hegyen. Abszolút egyedi panorámával. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A szoba kellően tágas és jól felszerelt. Az ágy kényelmes. A hoteltől több túra útvonal is indul. Ha egy igazán egyedi hotelt keresel egy unikális környezetben, ezt ne hagyd ki.

Cons:

A félpanziós vacsora ültetett és a 4 fogásos vacsorát igen lassan szolgálják fel. De az ételek nagyon finomak. A fali dugaljak jó pár eszközzel nem kompatibilisek, de adapter kérhető a recepción.

No air conditioning. Normally I think it wouldn’t be needed, but we were there during a heat wave. The staff have to open the windows for you, I just wish they would’ve offered us a fan. We found out that they have them, but not until the next day

Rien à voir avec l'hôtel ! D'arriver trop tard et devoir partir trop tôt pour profiter pleinement du lieu et du site à cause de problèmes de voiture (panne de batterie) qui nous a fait perdre énormément de temps sur place, dommage

Wundervoller Ort mit perfekter Infrastruktur aber schlechtem Personal und fehlender Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Alles bis auf das Personal war wundervoll. Die Lage ist top, die Infrastruktur perfekt, das Wellness wunderschön, die Zimmer ein Traum! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit makellos.

Cons:

Das Personal war leider das Gegenteil von engagiert. Für jede Information musste man nachfragen (Wo befindet sich das Zimmer? Wo und wann findet das Frühstück statt? Wie kommt man zum Wellness? Was sind die Öffnungszeiten des Wellness? Muss man in den Restaurants reservieren?). In so einem Hotel der Topklasse würde man ein zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal erwarten. Jedoch kam man sich vor wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt und musste alles aus Eigeninitiative einfordern. So fühlte man sich leider überhaupt nicht willkommen. Ausserdem fanden wir es erschreckend, dass in einem Hotel in der Innerschweiz niemand vom Personal Schweizerdeutsch sprach. Einige konnten nicht einmal Deutsch und in der Regel wurde man auf Englisch angesprochen. Das beraubt das Hotel leider seines ganzen Charmes.

Ein Detail: Der Service beim Abendessen wirkte nicht wirklich eingespielt, obwohl nur wenig Gäste. Alles ok, aber von einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr Professionalität (z.B. Weinbestellung 2x verpasst zum Essensgang zu servieren, keine Frage ob Kaffe zum Dessert).

Pros:

Отель прекрасно содержится : были в нём 9 лет назад и с тех пор всё выглядит как новое - и номера и общественные зоны. Чистота. Сама долина - просто скрытая жемчужина Швейцарии, собственно, ради видов и троп вокруг мы сюда и вернулись.

Cons:

Дорога из гравия при выходе из канатки в сторону отеля - это кошмар и для колёсиков ваших чемоданов, и для ваших рук. В отеле такого уровня должны были бы делать подвозку багажа.
Учитывая , что заказ сделали за полгода, а отель ещё стоял полупустой, могли дать номер на этаже повыше и поближе к лифту, а не в самом конце коридора второго этажа. На завтраке - отсутствие салатов и недостаток свежих овощей. Очень бедный выбор сыров, ни одного вида твёрдого сыра - и это в Швейцарии! Только в последнее утро узнали о возможности заказа яичницы по выбору. С информацией было вообще плохо : листок в номере предлагал отсканировать RQ код, но и там не было почти никакой информации : ни меню ресторанов, ни как позвонить на рецепцию, ни как открыть окно или изменить температуру в комнате. В последний вечер узнали, что информация есть в TV. Включили, но там всё было по-немецки и ничего по-английски.
Плохое меню в баре на террасе: из горячего только бургер и несколько блюд из сыра, ни рыбы, ни птицы, не морепродуктов. В ресторане не было мест, так что дважды ели в баре суп-гуляш , ничего другого выбрать не смогли.
Отсутствие возможности высушить купальник. Разочаровало, что из СПА исчезли подогреваемые шезлонги, а с террасы - костёр. Вообще, главное разочарование этой поездки - это терраса отеля. Как же она понравилась нам 9 лет назад! Шикарные виды и кипящая жизнь на террасе, полной людей! Терраса , с её костром, была просто сердцем отеля. А сейчас там не было ни зонтиков днём, ни пледов вечером, ни костра.
И терраса сразу стала пустой и безлюдной, как будто отель лишился души 🥺
