Important information:

Please note that Melchsee-Frutt is a car-free zone. Parking is possible at the cable car valley station against a surcharge. During summer guests can take the car to certain points in Melchsee-Frutt, only during restricted times.

Please note further that the Frutt Spa´s swimming pool and sauna are only accessible for guest older than 14 and 16, respectively.

In winter, the hotel cannot be accessed by car and no parking is available at the hotel. Guests can leave their cars at the Stöckalp parking lot or use pre-booked garage parking, both at an additional cost. In summer, it is possible to drive to Melchsee-Frutt, where parking is available at an additional cost.

The cable car ticket from Stöckalp to Melchsee-Frutt includes luggage transport (only until 17:20 in summer and 17:30 in winter).
A deposit may be required at the property.

Am Abend hatten wir im Zimmer keinen TV Empfang, Internetprobleme
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sprach leider kein deutsch!

Cons:

Zuwenig Schattenplätze auf der Terasse. Wir mussten leider drinnen essen.

Pros:

Le lieu et la vue incroyable !

Cons:

Le personnel qui majoritairement ne parle pas la langue local (allemand)
Pas négatif mais à savoir, l’accès au parking se fait uniquement à des horaires spécifiques. Monté aux heures paires et descentes aux heures impaires. C’est important à mettre en avant.

Ein besonderes Lob gebührt dem Kellner an der Bar des frutt Mountain Resort. Sein Name war sehr kurz (iam ?)
Pros:

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (allerdings gegen Upgrade Bezahlung) einfach super

Cons:

Der Weg von der bergstation zum Haupteingang könnte besser markiert sein.

Tolle Gelegenheit, mit unserem Hund der Hitze zu entfliehen.
Pros:

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit unserem Hund gegenüber sowie die Infrastruktur (z. B. Hundedusche).

Cons:

Hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, aber der Panoramalift zum See hinunter sollte Hundepfoten-freundlicher sein (keine Gitter).

Pros:

Frühstückangebot war super

Cons:

Service beim Nachtessen. Dieser war Mittelmass. Einmal wurde der Wein zur Vorspeise vergessen. Beim zweiten Nachtessen wurde der bestellte Kaffee und Nachspeise nicht gebracht. Beim erstenmal, ziemlich lange Wartezeiten, kein Wein nachschenken, alles schien unprofessionell. Qualität der Gerichte Mittelmass.

Stunning views with amazing service and comfort
Pros:

Amazing hotel with incredible lake and mountain views. The staff were fantastic, the food in the restaurants were incredible. We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be back again. The Spa was also very relaxing after a day of hiking overlooking the lake.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. Staff very helpful and friendly
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The menu in the main restaurant was good but quite restricted.

Cons:

Supposed to be two different buildings - one child-friendly and the other more adult-oriented (Mountain Lodge). Some of the areas in the Mountain Lodge (e.g. the bar) were spoiled by children running and jumping on the seats.
