Highly recommend!!
Pros:

Walking to the hotel and stopping at a traffic light and seeing the Colosseum right there in the distance was truly a highlight! The hotel's central location makes it possible to walk everywhere and it's close to the train and metro stations. It is also located in a safe and lively neighbourhood. The room had a beautiful view, felt homely and was well maintained. The staff especially Matteo and other staff I didn't get the name of were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

Cons:

I did have some problems trying to unlock my door but staff was always able to assist.

Pros:

Location was excellent as it was just a couple of minute walk to the Colosseum. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

At night, there was a restaurant under our window which was a bit noisy and open late.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko na zwiedzanie, blisko metra. Do większości atrakcji można dojść z buta. Czysto w pokojach. Codziennie Sprzątanie. Super miła i pomocna obsługa. Winda w budynku. Ogólnie cicho. Choć mając pokój od strony ulicy trochę słychać hałas.

Cons:

Pokój wygląda lepiej na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości.

Great location! We had a very nice room with a view of the forum and colosseum. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was an excellent little caffe nearby for breakfast.

Cons:

Very small detail but Kleenex in the room would have been nice.

Cons:

The shower drained water very slowly, which made taking showers a chore. We could only leave the water on for about 1-2 minutes before having to shut it off and let it drain. Took too long to shower.

Great location
Pros:

The room decor was simple but elegant, the kettle to make hot drinks was great along with the fridge to cool drinks. Aircon was very apreciated and the location almost next door to the colosseum was brilliant.

Great location. The room was small, but clean and nice, no complaints.

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights and no internet for the whole stay! They claimed it was a wider issue affecting the whole neighbourhood. It may have been true, but they made no effort to find/offer alternative solutons. The hotel page clearly mentions "Free WiFi", which was not delivered. They could have at least offered some discount since a promised service was not delivered, but they didn't. Lack of internet was a huge inconvenience and completely ruined the experence.

And one more thing. I did not want my room to be made up, so I put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. The first day was fine, but the second day they entered and made up the room anyway when I was away. Without my permission! No respect for privacy and the guest's wishes :(
