All the staff were lovely and accommodating. We given a free upgrade to a sea view room, which was excellent.
Some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner. Unfortunately the bin in our room hadn't been emptied.

The room, view and balcony were amazing, as were the facilities. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an absolutely fabulous stay and will definitely be back. Thankyou
Everything seemed very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
No soap in the shower dispenser.
The layout upstairs was a little confusing and we kept getting lost.
Location and staff are excellent.
Our dogs stayed with us in the room-we were so happy they were welcome.
The shower water temperature was difficult to regulate.
1st floor odor wasn’t the best - we stayed on the 2nd floor but had to pass through 1st floor to get there.
Stairwell carpet into bar is old and worn.

Like there was lots of different things are the hotel to do
The hotel didn't tell me that parking was a extra cost
And the thing where you give reception your car keys didnt like, as they left the car unlocked overnight I also made the hotel aware I was disabled, so I thought I would be getting a ground floor room, with extra space
And you have to pay how much for the hot tub?! That was a crazy amount.
There was no air con, only dusting old fans.
I looked at Premier in rates which comes with car park and air con. Which was £5 cheaper.

Breakfast was amazing, overall brilliant stay.
Wir hatten eine Bronze Small Double Zimmer gebucht, Wir hatten uns zu sehr von den allgemeinen Bildern verleiten lassen. In den infos zum eigentlichen Zimmer ist, bezogen auf unserem zimmer, auch noch alles recht nett dargestellt. Quasi mit der Tür rein direkt ins Bett gefallen, Badezimmer ist auch sehr klein ausgefallen. Zustand der Dusche war schon sehr runter gerockt. Das Personal konnte man vom normalen Gast auch nicht unterscheiden. Preis/Leistung passt aus unserer Sicht nicht
