Absolutely unsatisfied with this stay. Honestly, it’s not even worth calling this a Marriott property — nothing about the experience matched the standard the brand claims to represent.

I had booked the room for 3 adults, and a room accommodating 3 people comfortably should have been arranged accordingly. Instead, we were given a standard room meant for 2, and then told there would be extra charges for the 3rd person. If the property doesn’t have rooms that can accommodate 3 adults, they simply shouldn’t accept such bookings in the first place. This is misleading and a complete waste of money.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of planning and transparency. Would not recommend this property to anyone traveling as a family or group of 3.

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing — absolutely nothing — good to say about this property. Everything about this stay was disappointing.

The room size was the smallest I’ve ever seen for the price paid. I paid ₹6,700 for this and it’s genuinely not worth even a fraction of that. Calling this a 5-star property is a joke — it’s poorer than a 2-star hotel in every way. The floor was oily, and it was obvious that proper mopping never happened. The bathroom was awful in size, cramped and completely impractical.

The interior of the property is shabby and poorly planned — the reception is placed right next to the dining area, giving it the feel of some cheap local lodge rather than a branded hotel.

For the money charged and the brand name attached, this was a complete waste. I will not recommend this property to anyone.
