Jerez
Pros:

The location offered easy access to the town and tourist highlights and restaurants. The pool was clean offering a nice retreat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The absence of bottled water, bathrobes, cotton pads and toothbrush/paste, coffee machine was most disappointing. These important added extras are the reason we use Eurostars. Having to ask for items at reception is an inconvenience. The hotel looked a little tired. The view from the window was an unattractive side of a brick building, hampering natural light and totally uninspiring.

Excellent location, fab room and great breakfadt
Pros:

Location could not have been better- breakfast lovely- clean hotel- staff all fab and spoke great English
We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

One of the lifts was broken but the other worked- can’t think of anything we didn’t like so had to write something

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel, I was very surprised that there is no restaurant and no bar. There is only food provided in the morning for breakfast. No towels provided upstairs at the rooftop pool. I had to bring my room towel.
