La atención de Carla fue estupenda, se tomó su tiempo para explicar todas las sugerencias de sitios oara visitar, me dió tips para ir por la ciudas sin problemas y fue muy mable y agradable.
No tenía aire acondicionado, el agua de la ducha se sale al no estar bien distribuida o tener un tamaño adecuado, no había agua incluida en la habitación.

L'unica cosa buona di questo hotel è la posizione.
Per il resto mancava tutto ed era veramente tanto sporco. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative, ma quando paghi 400 euro per due notti ti aspetti almeno che ci siano i servizi minimi, tra cui non trovare i peli/capelli altrui ovunque.
De locatie en de kamer was qua prijs-kwaliteitverhouding prima.
Het was erg warm. Men kan denken aan het plaatsen van een ventilator.

La posizione era ottima , molto vicina alle attrazioni principali e alle spalle del Van Gogh Museum. Ottima posizione infatti ci siamo mossi a piedi quasi sempre. Inoltre lo staff era molto gentile e partecipativo , non ci funzionava il phon e ce lo hanno dato subito , e l acqua della doccia era congelata e ce l’hanno fatta subito arrivare calda.
Le stanze sono ultra piccole, almeno la nostra aveva un bagno con un lavandino talmente piccolo da non riuscire neanche a lavarsi le mani, il water praticamente attaccato e non c’era proprio lo spazio vitale. In più ci siamo trovati un ragno nel letto ed era abbastanza sporco.

Absolutely awful, we arrived early not realising check in time they asked us to come back at 2 - no problem then when we did they said they needed longer so we went out again , when we finally got back they gave us our key and when we went to our room we was actually outside where there is around 5 rooms I believe in what can only be described as a shed like room - the room was one of the worst I’ve stayed in , it was stone cold ( although heating did warm it up to the other extreme) the “double doors” didn’t open properly because the tree was right outside the bedroom so restricted being able to actually open them , mould all round and a bathroom that can only be described as a cupboard , whoever planned it had no common sense ! Again covered in mould the shower screen was half the size of a standard door screen which meant it literally done nothing in terms of stopping the water going everywhere , meaning everytime you had a shower so did the whole bathroom and when you wanted a toilet your head was in the sink as there is literally no space, we stayed two nights and it’s the worst I have ever stayed in an absolutely no way is 3* , the pillow they gave you was a square cushion styled one which was not comfortable, along with an actual coloured cushion like you would put on a sofa which had stains on it 🤢, my husband came home absolutely covered in bed bug bites - I did not get into the bed as I couldn’t relax the whole time due to the state of it all.
