O Hotel faz vc se sentir parte do centro histórico e do agito do Chiado

Equipe de recepção e atendimento maravilhosa, todos muito simpáticos. O hotel é muito limpo e organizado.

Cons:

Estive hospedado em dois quartos diferentes. Em um deles o banheiro era muito apertado e tinha um vazamento no piso. Mas não chegou a afetar a experiência

The staff were very accommodating. Very nice. Very clean. Loved our visit!
Pros:

I loved the view and the quiet when the windows were shut. The breakfast was good. Cappuccino in 30 seconds! The location was awesome for us to get to public transit.
The neighborhood has restricted access which helped keep down the noise, the traffic, etc. Easy walk to most things or public transport.
Ridiculously wonderful view from the roof. Quiet and lovely.

Cons:

Be ready to walk up the cobblestone/limestone streets. Just take your time and enjoy the people that built it!

A great hotel experience in the heart of Lisbon
Pros:

The hotel was very well located, within walking distance of most of the city’s main landmarks and public transportation. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable.
We particularly enjoyed the hotel’s rooftop, which offered an amazing view of the Tagus River. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery, while eating breakfast in the morning or with a coffee in the afternoon.
The breakfast selection was also excellent, with plenty of options, both savory and sweet. The selection of pastries and hot dishes, was changed from day to day.
Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again!

Goed ontbijt, met prachtig uitzicht en het vriendelijke personeel

Cons:

Wij sliepen in een kamer met ons bed naast het trappenhuis/gang. Helaas zijn wie hierdoor weleens wakker geworden door andere hotelgasten die onbewust lawaai maakte door te praten of de deur luid dicht te doen.

It's in a lovely location. Rooms are clean and quiet. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
Pros:

There was a lovely view from the rooftop terrace where breakfast was served. The buffet food was very tasty and fresh.

Cons:

There seemed to be a shortage of plates, glasses and cups. Most guests had to request these items from the staff.

Terasa are o priveliște minunată care ne-ar face să ne mai întoarcem. Micul dejun este bun. Muzică de pe terasa suberba.

Este mai mult o pensiune. Faptul ca au fost drăguți si ne-au schimbat camera a contat mult.
