The high point of the accommodation is definitely location for the price, being only two blocks back from the beach. For our trip it suited as a place to sleep while out busy for a sporting tournament during the day. The basics of a hot shower and comfortable bed were met. Check in was no problem with welcoming reception. WiFi, though I had to chase up a password to connect was fine for a work meeting I needed to do online.
The major issue is that the apartment we stayed in needs pest control. I rated cleanliness as an issue as we had the company of many small cockroaches during our stay. The apartment otherwise was clean, however, it is heading into the territory of run down and many small elements were in poor repair. The dryer did not work which was an issue for drying sports uniforms. The actual feeling once inside the apartment was also not welcoming with multiple lists explaining extra costs if you damaged anything, lost keys, dirtied linen or towels etc. It was off-putting and made me wonder about who the typical guest might be. The room we were in was also right next to the tram line so not for light sleepers. I would not stay here again unless there were no other accommodation options as what seemed a bargain was in fact just basement.

Staff speak minimal English. Stayed in a studio at Enderley Gardens Resort and would not recommend it. The room was dirty with cockroaches, damaged furniture, a broken shower door, and a mouldy-smelling air conditioner. Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and conditioner were not provided, and towels were only supplied once unless you paid an extra $10 each. A $200 bond was also required on arrival.
Despite plenty of parking spaces, studio guests were told parking was unavailable unless booking a one-bedroom unit. There was no housekeeping, room cleaning, or sheet changes during the stay. The only positive was the good location, but overall the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and extra charges made for a very disappointing experience.
The location was within walking distance to central surfers paradise, which was a plus.
The corridors were smelly. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Bathroom was also not very clean. There was no comforter on the bed, just a flat sheet n a thin blanket.
I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the really comfortable bed. The location made this perfectly functional unit ideal to access the tram, or simply walk to the shops and beach regularly.. Great pool and nice gardens 🙂
The construction nearby didn't bother me. Would stay again.
Well the spa wasn't warm but I was ok with that. I prefer pools anyway.

Very central to the G link Tram, and the Northcliffe Surf Club for good food , and walks on the beach. Very handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. And a balcony for breakfast made in the small , but very functional kitchen .
The only place I stayed in the world where you got to take the rubbish out with you when you leave. But not a big deal really. Now I know that they have a basement carpark if needed 😄.
It was ok but will look elsewhere.
The beds very not great. Did not sleep well at all. Exspecially the roll away bed...very bad. We had to put down a deposite and its been 5 days and still not in my bank. Asked for extra towels and they wanted to charge extra.

Water leak in my bedroom and signs on the roof signifying it was not a new problem but had not been rectified. Rain falling from the roof in heavy spurts as if it had been pooling up there and then plonking onto the little jutted out roof thing outside my window in spurts, loud enough to wake me from my sleep. Our unit was also situated closest to the road with the tan line so the traffic noise was also loud and disruptive from early in the morning until late at night.
