最滿意就係地點非常近天王寺站. 由關西機場到天王寺車程半小時. 附近有大型商場及超市.非常方便

係房間一般比較細，冷氣唔太夠，近門口冷氣抽風隔塵網積累太多塵. 未知是否而影響冷氣.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

I picked this hotel since the rating is high on booking.com and now I totally agree it. Great service and friendly staff. The location was great! Breakfast was tasty with a local touch. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again if we came to Osaka.

位置十分優越，鄰近多家大型商場及便利商，不愁找不到地方逛及買東西

Cons:

門口有點難找，沒有太明確的門口標識，我第一次從行人天橋找到只能到一樓的電梯，又要再向Q's mall方向再找才找到上樓的電梯，酒店最好做多一點標識吧。

I really felt like those who work for the hotel care about quality and making visitors feel at home.
