The place is classy, Wifi is tops and cleanliness is out of this world.
Pros:

The breakfast was enjoyable. However, delicious as they are, I think they should serve different protein each day, more especially for a person who stays for a week.

I enjoyed very much my oxtail dinner served with mashed potatoes.

Cons:

A lack of professionalism from office to kitchen, their communication is very poor.

Pros:

De forma geral, gostei de tudo. Foi uma excelente estadia e tenciono regressar mais vezes. Um lugar bonito, no meio da natureza e com uma estrutura aconchegante, ideal para quem quer passar uns dias calmos e descansar. A equipa de trabalho é simpática e atenciosa.

Experiência excelente em Mantenga Lodge
Pros:

E a segunda vez em quinze dias que passei a noite em Mantenga Lodge. Fiquei no mesmo quarto e desta vez a chaleira estava a funcionar. O quarto é confortável, com varanda e vista da floresta nativa. Tinha mantas extras, bem necessárias par quem não está acostumado ao frio do inverno de Esuatini. O pequeno almoço estilo buffet era bom com um smoothy maravilhoso. E aqueceram os pratos de modo a que a comida não fique logo frio depois de servida. Um detalhe bem importante que confirma o nível de atenção por parte da equipa! Jantámos no hotel. Na maioria dos lugares em África Austral a ementa deixa apenas os carnívores satisfeitos mas aqui servem também vários pratos vegetarianos excelentes. Recomenda-se!

Cons:

Na realidade não tenho nenhuma razão de queixa. Apenas uma sugestão: Como já conhecia o frio de inverno de Esuatini veio preparado e trouxe jarros de borracha de água quente para aquecer a cama. É um detalhe mas eles podem pensar em colocar esses jarros nos quartos para as pessoas que como eu não gostam de passar frio mas não vêm preparadas!

A well needed recharge
Pros:

I loved the peace and quiet!
Breakfast is great and the restaurant menu as well!
The view from our room was very nice

Cons:

Could have a small fridge and maybe a microwave on the bigger rooms.
Tv could be bigger (i know its not the point), and bed could be softer. But these are just minor things hotel is great overall

It's ok
Pros:

We were a little disappointed with the room, as it didn't look like the one we had booked. It was smaller and not as cozy as we expected.
However, it was clean and had air conditioning.

I also had to borrow a hair dryer from the reception and leave a 200 rand deposit....

The restaurant staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, with attractions nearby.

The location was perfect for getting around to all my weekend activities.

Cons:

Inadequate heating: The room was freezing because the air conditioning was broken. The small provided heater was completely ineffective.

Poor bedding: I had to request an extra blanket, but the quality provided was very poor.

Missing amenities: The room lacks a closet for clothes and a bar fridge for bottled water. No complimentary drinking water or bathroom air freshener was provided.

Bathroom design flaw: The shower has no door, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Without a mop available, I could not use the shower in the evenings to avoid the mess.
