Good location but that's it
Pros:

The location is central and good

Cons:

The room did not match any of the photos shown in the listing. The check-in instructions were only sent after the agreed check-in time, when we were already supposed to have accessed the room, and only after we had paid for parking. The parking fee also had to be paid through a random third-party payment platform instead of through Booking, which did not inspire confidence or improve the overall experience. Communication was slow and unclear.

The rooms were clean, but outdated and heavily worn. Everything from the loose room door to the melted plastic on the washing machine reflected the poor condition of the property.

Pros:

Well located, nice balcony and has a good AC

Cons:

The room has no walls diving the main bedroom and the living room where the sofa bed is placed. This means you have no privacy at all. The wc smelled like smoke the whole time.

Everything as expected
Pros:

Everything was as expected, clean apartment with all facilities, parking and a Biedronka nearby. The booking and checking-in was smooth. The owner arranged for an additional duvet without a fuss. The location was good and relatively close to the metro line. We have had a great stay.

Cons:

The TV was a little small and dated and it mattered because of the world cup. Other than that, everything was great.

Gera lokacija, daug kur galima nueiti pėstute. Daug vietos bute

Cons:

Rezervuojant buvo nurodyta, kad yra baseinas ir pusryčiai. Baseinas yra tiesiog gretimame Hilton viešbutyje - tai sąlyginai yra apgaulė, nes į Hilton ar bet kurio kito viešbučio spa galima patekti bet kam, kas sugalvoja ir susimoka. Pusryčius galima nusipirkti šalia esančiuose greito maisto restoranuose - tai irgi dalinai neatitinka apgyvendinimo vietos aprašymo, nes miesto maistinimo įstaigose ir be aprašymo galima bet kad įsigyti maisto.

Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. Instrukcja dotycząca zameldowania dosyć klarowna. Z odnalezieniem właściwego apartamentu również nie było kłopotu. Całość oceniam dobrze, aczkolwiek najlepiej nadaje się na krótki pobyt.

Cons:

Według mnie apartament mógłby zostać nieco odświeżony, a przede wszystkim dokładniej wysprzątany, na parapecie widoczne były ślady po kubkach, dywan, który się tam znajdował nie był odkurzony, o czym świadczyły liczne paprochy. Szczególnej uwagi wymagała łazienka, zwłaszcza część z prysznicem, uchwyty szafek okurzone, a obok zlewozmywaka wybrudzone nie tylko kurzem.... Po wejściu zapach też nie był zachęcający i trzeba było długo wietrzyć, żeby chociaż zminimalizować jego intensywność.
Zabrakło mi też na przykład ręcznika papierowego w kuchni, żeby można było po sobie ogarnąć czy po prostu wytrzeć ręce. Choć dokupienie w pobliskim sklepie nie stanowiło większego problemu, to uważam, że tego typu akcesoria powinny być na wyposażeniu.

Location is great. Cosmos museum in a walking distance.

Cons:

Apartment not well equipped, toilet seat cracked/broken. Overall impression is that no improvement/maintanance done at this place. Very difficult to reach anyone to assist as we were provided different apartment, not the one I booked. It took a while to get an update for apartment I booked.

Na plus lokalizacja i to by było na tyle.

Cons:

Standard 1* nie 3. Słaby kontakt z obiektem. Kobieta odbiera telefonu jakby pracowała za kare. Wejście do lokalu to jak pokój zagadek. Nie łaska powiedzieć że trwają remonty i dojazd do obiektu jest utrudniony. Widok rzut beretem na inny wieżowiec niezbyt piękny. No i czystość... Serio za tą cenę chociaż tego bym się spodziewała. Brudne pomiętolone zasłony.W łazience kamień pleśń i syf. Żelazko do prasowania cieknie, dobrze że mnie nie poraziło!
