Pros:

The location is very good, near the centre, near an amazing foodhall. The view from the balcony was very nice. Good and comfortable bed.

Cons:

No sound isolation, you can hear every other neighbour coming home, also no isolation from the bathroom to other rooms. A bit less clean.

Obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji z wygodnym dostępem, ładna recepcja. Apartament przestronny, bardzo czysty.

Cons:

Brak internetu!!!
Brak wystarczajacej ilosci mydla. 3 małe saszetki na dwa dni, Nie bylo mydła do mycia rąk.
Brak ręcznika do rąk i ręcznika na podłoge przy prysznicu.
Nie mozna w salonie zasłonić całkowicie okien, bo zasłony sa za wąskie.
Telewizora w sypialni nie można uruchomić.

Pros:

The property was overall a severe disappointment, so it's hard to think of positives. I guess that parking was easy enough to find just outside the building, so there is no need to pay the 90 zł per day parking charge.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience overall and misleading presentation of facilities.

We chose this property specifically because it prominently advertised an indoor swimming pool. We were travelling with small children and pool access was the deciding factor when choosing between this apartment and several nearby hotels (five star hotels were available for the same cost, so we naturally assumed that the property was charging the same due to the pool access).

However, after arrival we discovered:

- the pool is not actually located in the building itself,
- it is in an adjacent hotel,
- access costs an additional 290 PLN for a family,
- the advertised opening hours were inaccurate,
- the reception staff at the building that the apartment was actually in were completely unhelpful and didn't even know of the procedure, timings, cost, or even if we had permission to access the pool.

While there is a small-print note mentioning possible additional charges, this was not communicated clearly at all compared with the very prominent advertising of the pool facility.

The most frustrating part was the poor communication from the host. I asked multiple times before and during the stay about pool access. The host could have been upfront from the beginning and mentioned the charges, properly checked the opening times, and been honest about the pool not being in the same building, but this was sadly not the case.

The apartment itself also felt quite worn and tired. Much of the furniture was old and creaky, door handles rattled, and the overall standard did not match expectations from the listing photos. In addition, there is major construction work taking place on all sides of the building, which significantly affects the atmosphere and surroundings.

Overall this day was a complete failure. I would say to anyone looking to book this place, save your money and look elsewhere.
