Very nice and clean hotel, beautiful views and spacious rooms, great value for money.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, morning yoga, being able to order a selection of very tasty food and drinks through room service.
Plenty of hot water, spacious and very well maintained rooms. We were given the choice between two rooms, both with incredible views. Very good value for money.

Cons:

There is no coffee available before 8 am. This could be fixed by offering instant coffee bags in the room alongside the tea.
The road from the hotel to town is a little shady, as it’s narrow and curved, especially at night when it’s dark you gotta stay alert as there’s a bit of traffic and you’re walking on the side of the road with not much visibility. Less agile/safety concerned folks might wanna use a rickshaw for this stretch of road. On the bright side this stretch is only a few hundred meters and then you’re good.

Very quiet, beautiful place with great views over Rishikesh. Perfect for a little break.
Pros:

Great room, yoga Shala with good mats to use. Also I could extend check out by 3 hours, which was very nice.

Our family loved this place and have excellent time.
You get to see Ganga river from your stay.
The staffs are amazing and they helped in carrying our baggage to our room as you need to climb some steps.
Best place and good atmosphere, Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Pleasant, Quiet, and Sumptuous stay.
Pros:

It was located in a quiet place atop the hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Room, with Balcony had a beautiful view of the forest and hills. Room was spacious and equipped with the essentials. Property itself was well-maintained.

Cons:

There was noise sometimes due to the repair work, perhaps nearby or in the property itself during the daytime!
