The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Our room with a sea view balcony was wonderful! Very pleasant surprise was that we were able to check in two hours earlier than expected because our room was already ready, which we really appreciate. The location is perfect with the beach, restaurants, shops and local attractions all within easy walking distance.
The only negative point was that the pool was a bit too small.

Es gibt definitiv schönere Hotels in Bari. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich besseren Service erwartet. Das Hotel mag früher einmal 5 Sterne verdient haben, heute aber aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr.
Es fehlt an Atmosphäre, und das Personal wirkt ständig gestresst. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist eher enttäuschend, und das Fitnessstudio ist völlig veraltet.
Nach jeder Dusche stand das Badezimmer bzw. fast das ganze Zimmer unter Wasser. Beim Frühstück musste man fast darum bitten, einen Cappuccino zu bekommen.
Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir würden das Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen:((

El personal fue muy atento, agradable y eficaz. La ubicación es insuperable, frente al mar y el Lungomare, con un paseo espléndido que conduce al centro histórico. El servicio de parking muy útil ya que se dejan las llaves en recepción y el personal traslada el vehículo a la plaza de aparcamiento. Mucha puntualidad para la entrega del vehículo.
Como sugerencia, podría instalarse una pequeña mesa con dos sillas en el balcón a fin de disfrutar de las hermosas vistas al mar.

De absolutamente tudo mas a vista foi inacreditável. O hotel por saber que era nossa viagem de 35 anos de casado nos fez uma surpresa com um vinho rose e petisco. Muito fofo.

Just a 15 minute walk to the main center and historic center and right on the waterfront. Very nice staff from the reception to the restaurant in housekeeping. My only disappointment quite honestly was the pool location and situation. The pool does not have regular steps to get in, but the vertical louder, which is not conducive for everybody to get in and out. The terrace of the pool has no umbrellas, therefore no shade whatsoever and you have r and you have to go up some stairs to get to that area. They don’t warn you of that. As far as the restaurant is very nice breakfast with lots of options. Lunch and dinner pretty good although some things could’ve been a little better, but overall, I recommend this place when
