Vivere nella favola 🥰🥰

Seconda volta come ospiti nel questa meravigliosa struttura 🥰 La gentilezza del personale (un grande bacio a Giorgio che gestisce tutto con un sorriso ) Le stanze bellissime pulitissime arredate con una finezza e eleganza la colazione da dio piscina con acqua di mare con una vista meravigliosa…che dire UNA FAVOLA ❤️

Décevant par rapport à notre attente et l’hôtel précédent sur l’île

Belle vue, l’ambiance du restaurant le soir

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits mais à l’arrivée la chambre que nous avions réservée avec sa grande piscine privée n’était pas disponible et nous en avons eu une moins bien, que nous n’aurions pas choisie et nous n’aurions pas réservé à cet hôtel si nous avions sû que nous aurions cette chambre. Qui plus est piscine partagée avec vis à vis qui était sale (mégots de cigarettes et bouteille en plastique dans la piscine) et mauvaise odeur tenace dans la chambre.
Suite à notre demande nous avons pu heureusement changer de chambre le lendemain mais avons perdu une nuit dans la chambre au prix que nous avions réservé et il ne nous a pas été proposé de geste commercial ou indemnisation financière. C’est dommage.
Cet hôtel a des couloirs assez tristes comme un hôpital, selon nous plutôt un 4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles.

La vue sur la mer de notre suite décloisonnée.
La piscine privée de bonne taille même si elle est trop froide car non chauffée, même en août.
Le choix important de restaurants du complexe

Cons:

La formation du personnel, clairement insuffisante. Le personnel que vous rencontrez ne vous salue qu’une fois sur deux au maximum, ils fument au 6 eme étage au milieu des espaces réservés aux clients et il y a de nombreux problèmes de formation. Ayant dépassé se près de 20KE sur 10 jours, j’étais en droit d’espérer un meilleur service que celui d’un hôtel de moyenne game.
Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, je n’ai jamais réussi à manger des œufs chauds, soit ils étaient froids, soit ils étaient trop cuits.
Enfin, le mobilier de notre suite manquait de classe avec ces canapés certes confortables mais d’une bizarre couleur rose.
Pour terminer, si la suite était très grande, la partie salle de bains était très petite avec un seul lavabo alors qu’il existait par ailleurs une cuisine équipée qui ne servait à rien.
A noter, une voiture est indispensable, car l’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville.

Una settimana indimenticabile a Mykonos

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana al Myconian Villa Collection in famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccezionale.
La posizione è semplicemente splendida: immersa in un contesto di grande bellezza, con una vista meravigliosa su Elia beach e un’atmosfera di assoluto relax. Le stanze, curate in ogni dettaglio, e la piscina contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, offrendo privacy e comfort in un ambiente davvero suggestivo.
Un particolare ringraziamento va a tutto il personale, sempre disponibile, attento e professionale, capace di farci sentire accolti e assistiti durante tutta la settimana, con grande discrezione e cordialità.
Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il servizio di navetta, estremamente comodo e puntuale, che ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia e di vivere l’isola senza alcuna preoccupazione.
È stata una settimana all’insegna del relax, della bellezza e di un servizio di alto livello. Una struttura che consigliamo senza esitazione e nella quale torneremmo molto volentieri.
