Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary early check-in, which made our arrival even more comfortable.
A special thank you goes to George, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He provided us with fantastic recommendations for places to visit around the city and even helped us secure a last-minute reservation at one of the city's most famous restaurants, which is something we truly appreciated.
We also used the hotel's airport transfer service, which was seamless, convenient, and well organized. We highly recommend taking advantage of it. The hotel's grounds are absolutely stunning, with a beautiful and exclusive atmosphere. We also recommend visiting the restaurants within the hotel group and enjoying the different pools, all of which added to the overall experience.

To top it all off, George kindly arranged a complimentary late check-out for us, allowing us to enjoy our final day without feeling rushed.

Cons:

The only minor issue during our stay was that the taxi boat arranged through reception with an external company arrived much later than scheduled, causing us to miss our reservation. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally and sincerely apologized by offering us a complimentary dinner at one of their restaurants. We truly appreciated how they took responsibility and turned an unfortunate situation into another positive experience.

Pros:

A wonderful place with a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the sunbeds are excellent.

The real highlight, however, is the staff. You can truly see that the management has invested in their people. Everyone was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive, providing exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable.
