Excellent
Pros:

My husband had to come to Melbourne for an operation. Apartments on Chapman met my needs. I can walk to the hospital,or catch a tram
Nicole is an awesome person to meet guests. She handled the fire alarm with a cool, calm manner!

Location to RCH was perfect, easy to access and park.

Cons:

Quite dirty, leaking shower that wet through the carpet in hallway, couldn’t close bedroom door because bed was in the way.
