The manager/person behind the reception desk was incredibly friendly and professional. Every question or request we had was promptly seen to and we felt very comfortable knowing she was taking care of us. Great proximity to RMH which is why we were there

Close to trams and good coffee. Easy to get to and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great staff, great location. Beds were super comfy and rooms were warm. Was good to have a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

Bathroom sink a little small and couple of cleaning things missed, but apart from that a very good place to stay.

Pros:

My husband had to come to Melbourne for an operation. Apartments on Chapman met my needs. I can walk to the hospital,or catch a tram
Nicole is an awesome person to meet guests. She handled the fire alarm with a cool, calm manner!
