No house cleaning unless 3days so no fresh towels,pictures don’t truly speak the truth. It’s a motel based room.
Very clean and pleasant, new bathroom and comfortable bed.
Had a great meal at the Altitude restaurant on site too.
Fairly noisy kids around late into the evening. View out of the only window was directly of the units behind so had to keep curtains shut for privacy.
The location of the room is in ground level and you can park in front of the entrance. Makes it’s convenient.
It’s far from the city. So you have to plan to go to city.
Restaurant was great. Staff friendly
Heater in our room was not working. A staff member had a look and said they had had problems with it before. I asked to be moved to another room but got offered a blanket. Hotel certainly wasn't booked out.
The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Close to the airport but a nice drive through the countryside. It was nice to be able to park outside our room after tackling many stairs at other accommodation.
The food at the restaurant was a bit expensive.
Good Location for visiting port Arthur. Bed was comfortable and the room spacious and with a nice view. AC was adequate for heating the room. Has a kitchenette with hot plates and microwave. Shower was ok. Owner was lovely.
The utensils,cutlery and crockery were inadequate for 2 people - one spoon each,
One knife etc. there was a dishwasher but no need to use it because there was never enough stuff to accumulate to put in the dishwasher. We had to hand wash items so they could be used again immediately. We couldn't use our balcony or open the sliding door because of the proximity of a smoker next door. It's a surprise that the hotel supplies ashtrays for the verandahs in the 21st century.
