Great Location
Reception staff where not very helpful. I booked 2 rooms with sofa bed. On arrival the sofa beds were not made up. Still in sofa position. I asked for bedding. They only gave us bedding for one sofabed. Manager refused to give bedding for 2nd sofa bed even though I showed them proof that I had paid extra for both rooms. Terrible customer service. Eventually after lots of visits to the desk they gave me the extra set of bedding. Last thing we needed after driving for 9 hours

All good, town is being redeveloped which isn't the hotel's fault. Good sized room for the price, friendly staff, had to leave for an early flight so missed the breakfast :(
Fantastic location, next to the shops. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Positive attitude, bedding was clean and we had a kettle 🥳
Room was pretty ran down, scaffoldings were right next to our windows, which made us keep the curtains closed to maintain privacy, parking was under construction, so we had to pay for third party parking, instead of using free parking, which was listed in the booking. Had smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Wires tangling down from thr ceiling (for emergency call I suppose), phone in room was broken.

a entrada do hotel estava em reforma e não era possível identificar direito o hotel, mesmo com o voo atrasado cheguei tarde para o check in ao perguntar se teriamos como sair mais tarde o staff foi bem curto e grosso sem ajudar muito.
Generally served as a good base for a trip to Harlow - its location is central - the staff were friendly - there’s a bar
Breakfast looked like they could have done with another member of staff - the staff appeared a little overrun at times - there’s a lot of work going on at the building currently but we were warned of this in advance

Lack of coat hangers as we stopped for four nights so lack of places to hang clothes

Everything was clean, new shower & quite big room. Breakfast was okay but not many vegetarian options.
Even though we booked the room about a year in advance, we were given an interconnected room. When we asked about them giving us a different room, they said they were fully booked. No one had let us know in advance that there were also building works happening until September 2026. Builders were everywhere and made lots of noise. Only 1 lift was working.
