The reception staff
The kitchen staff who were quite rude and need more training on coeliac discease
Lovely hotel, staff friendly and professional, rooms super clean and bed really comfy. Free Breakfast was good as well
All good
Breakfast was plentiful and mainly of good quality,breakfast staff were helpful , tables etc were clean.
Lower fat options could improve .Fresh fruit needed to be fresher, poached or boiled eggs and frying in low cal oil would have helped.
Reception staff were not very welcoming ,other hotels we’ve recently stayed in were noticeably more so.
Staff were really lovely and helpful which makes a stay so much better. Breakfast included which was brilliant.
No carpark and so had to leave away from the hotel. Scaffolding outside. This is all short term so wouldn’t put me off coming back, but would need the carpark open for convenience
Pros:
Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Sianna at the reception, who kindly allowed me to check out at 12:00 instead of 11:00—a huge help! The rooms were spotless, quiet (no noise at all from neighboring rooms), and fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, plus great free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was perfectly clean. As for the breakfast buffet, it was incredible, super complete, and everything was delicious. The common areas and lounges were also great places to relax.
Cons:
The only downside is the parking. It is not free and spaces are very limited (I counted only about 7 or 8 spots for the whole hotel). Luckily, I found a free spot and had no issues parking overnight, but it’s something to keep in mind.
Easy parking in multi storey. Nice rooms.
Double bed was a bit small but very comfy nevertheless
