A localização é excelente, mas o conforto da cama deixa bastante a desejar.

A localização é excelente! Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos. Sem sombra de dúvidas, se você precisa de uma localização boa, sem se preocupar muito com conforto da cama, essa hospedagem é pra você. Mas se gosta de conforto, é válido analisar outras opções.

Cons:

Colchão muito, muito ruim! Pedimos até pra trocar de quarto (poderia ser o colchão específico de um quarto), mas não resolveu. Nos trocaram de quarto com a maior boa vontade, mas infelizmente o colchão era péssimo do mesmo jeito.

Acredito ser um APA bem antigo, pois difere bastante dos outros APAs que nos hospedamos, em relação ao conforto e estrutura.
Precisa de novos colchões.
A lavanderia é apenas 1 máquina de lavar e 1 de secar.

Very good hotel i liked everything I will choose this hotel again when visiting Japan again.
Pros:

Best hotel for reasonable price in heart of Akihabara.
Personal was very helpful, they wait for me even after 8pm.
Cant say a bad word to this hotel awesome place near 7/11 store and wending machine right infront of enterance.
Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.
If you travel on budget as i do this is best choice is close to station (like 100m i guess) smoking area under highway.
Very quiet inside rooms (cant hear any normal cars only modified once).

Cons:

Only thing i did not like was that hotel has open roof in middle but i guess its for ventilation.
