Établissement avec beaucoup de charme une décoration à l’ancienne; ma
fille qui y a séjourné m’a dit je croyais loger au palais Beylerbeyi.
Logement propre climatisé bouteilles d’eau offertes
Personnel très accueillant sympathique gentil;

Breakfast is exceptional, it is 11/10 for this type of property & service. Wow

Cons:

Staff doesn’t speak English, it’s extremely loud - you hear everything from the next door apartments. Bed squeaks and moves when you turn. One morning we didn’t have hot water too.

Отель сам по себе очень красивый в смысле вся территория утопает в зелени! Прекрасный вид из ресторана на Босфор! Внутренний дворик очень красивый для фото на закате- пушка! Некоторые Комнаты может и немного уставшие, но чистые! Завтраки великолепные! Очень вкусно нам готовила и приносила тетушка Berrin. На ресепшн девушка Husret помогала со всеми нашими вопросами и просьбами. Огромное спасибо персоналу! И особенно этим двум прекрасным женщинам! Так как у нас заболела сестра и они помогали вызвать скорую, приготовить специальную еду, давали больному человеку воду. Пусть Бог всегда будет с вами, дорогие! Низкий поклон вам!🙏❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

I would reserve again if I had the chance
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and welcoming, specially Bellen this lady owns the hotel’s spirit, she focuses on the details and deals with each client as a special client, May God bless her with her hard work. All other staff are welcoming, Hacelet and Abrar thank you all. The location is amazing and close to Ortakoy center, the beautiful city.
The breakfast is a traditional turkish breakfast, I liked the omlet Bellen prepares. Thank you Bellen for everything. The hotel accepts my late checkout without extra fees.thank you.

Cons:

Ok, I believe if the staff speaks English fluently would be much better to communicate, however they tried to use translation few times. Also I wanted to mention the first day I come to the hotel the room was changed due to unknown reason, so I paid more to have a good big room.

Locatia. Privelistea frumoasa.

Cons:

Am fost cazati 2 nopti. Curtea neingrijita. In nici o zi nu s-a maturat , mesele, scaunele din curte murdare, nu aveai unde sa te asezi. Personalul inexistent! Camera cu niste geamuri de lemn ( foarte murdare ) dintr’o foaie de geam, absolut tot se auzea inauntru , si cand treceau oamenii pe strada si vorbeau 🤦‍♀️.Nu s’a adus apa in camera . Doar la cazare au existat 2 sticlute de apa apoi nu a intrat nimeni sa aranjeze camera, sa arunce gunoiul si sa aduca apa in camera.Se vede ca nu s’a investit demult in aceasta proprietate.

Nice and friendly athmosphere and gentle staff.
Pros:

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The studio where l stayed has a nice view of the sea and garden.

Cons:

The studio facing the Bosphorus was extremely noisy due to the proximity to the bridge. I had to buy earplugs the second night. I recommend the manager to provide some earplugs in the bedroom. This would help sleeping. Other hotels with the same noise issues are doping so.

Cons:

Vlaga v sobi mokro pokrivalo postelje ni pregrade med wc in spalnico smrdi. Klimo naredil na 30 stopinj in je pihalo hladno. Dobil pekoč občutek v grlu in nisem mogel zdržati v sobi. Sem šel v drug hotel po eni uri bivanja.

Unangenehmer Gestank aus dem Badezimmer. Fenster undicht. Nur eine Decke für zwei Personen. Frühstück mittelmäßig bis schlecht.

There was no wifi. Moldy bathroom walls. The shower water was either extremely hot or cold, making it impossible to shower. The breakfast was quite limited and simple, and it only started at 8:30 a.m., which is rather late

Würde gerne wieder mein Auffenthalt in dem kleinen Botique Hotel buchen

Die Aussicht war super 👍Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Freundlich und herzlich man fühlt sich wie Zuhause Frühstück war einfalsreich jeden Tag etwas anderes dazu 👍😘

Cons:

Das Wetter hat nicht so mitgemacht wie wir es vorgestellt hatten meiste Zeit hat es geregnet und war sehr Frisch aner unser Zimmer war kuschelig Warm 👍
