Good place for a short business trip.
Pros:

This is a hotel I use from time to time because is close by a place of business. The rooms are good, clean and well suited. I prefer the suites because they are more confortable, the rooms are a little bit small. It has good value for the money I pay and the staff is great, specially Lady. Downstairs is a coffee shop that serves good coffee and pastries. Breakfast could be better specially the coffee because the shop doesn`t open until later.

Llamada inesperada luego de darles otra oportunidad

Siempre me alojaba allí hasta que ocurrió esta situación

Cons:

Cuando me queje por tener un servicio de internet nulo e intermitente , solo respondieron que fue la mala conexión por estar cerca al ascensor igual pase la noche sin wifi, luego cuando sin embargo quise volver a hospedarme lo que hicieron fue llamarme a decir que si estaba segura de hospedarme allí me sentí maltratada por el personal ya que fue como cuestionarme para cancelar la reserva así que decidí cancelar

Excelentes instalaciones, atención, ubicación

Cons:

El ruido de la calle en la habitación que da hacia el exterior. Tal vez alguna ventana con aislamiento acústico solucione el problema.
