Lo staff è cordiale, sopratutto chi si occupa della colazione.
Pros:

La pulizia. Nonostante abbia trovato un cuscino macchiato, è stato subito sostituito

Cons:

Non è un vero e proprio 4 stelle. La colazione non ha alternative per chi è intollerante al lattosio (disponibile solo il latte di soia, non ci sono yogurt nè dolci adatti), il bagno non rispecchia la categoria.
