The hotel was lovely friendly staff.
Own private pool.

Cons:

There was an excellent choice of food but wasn't the best quality.

Minden tökéletes volt. Kedves, figyelmes személyzet. Gyönyörű környezet. Nagyon sok féle étel közül lehetett választani. Minden nap különböző programok. A környék felfedezésére autó bérlés erősen ajánlott, amit a szállodában is meg lehet tenni.

Cons:

Tatsächlich ist die Qualität der Getränke schlecht.
Man bekommt nur Hauseigenen Alkohol kostenlos.. alles andere ist kostenpflichtig. Selbst eine große Wasserflasche kostet etwas. Sowas haben wir in einem 5 Sterne Resort noch nicht erlebt.
Das ist sehr schade.
Essen ist okay aber nicht sehr viel Auswahl.

Нам понравился большой двухэтажный номер с собственным большим бассейном, понравился персонал на ресепшне (нам помогала и всё обьясняла Роуз), женщина у бассейна, которая рассказала где находятся остальные бассейны, водитель багги, который отвез нас в номер и рассказал всё о территории и помог с чемоданами, очень приятные горничные. Отдельно благодарим за дополнительный час при выезде. Мы прибыли в отель поздно из-за задержки рейса, но персонал предложил нам покушать, это было очень приятно. Чувствуется забота о гостях. Понравилась еда в ресторане и баре у бассейна и напитки. В номере классная кофемашина с капсулами (как у меня дома, очень удобно). В частном бассейне мы купались даже поздней ночью и вода была не холодная. Выход на пляж совсем рядом. Территория понятная и не огромная, до всего легко добраться. Общественные туалеты в лобби и у бассейна чистые и с хорошим запахом. Можно курить на балконах виллы, предоставляются пепельницы, что очень удобно. Ночью на територии тихо и спокойно. Парковка рядом, у входа на ресепшн, что очень удобно. Есть минимаркет на территории, а так же магазины и рестораны рядом с отелем.

Cons:

Для августа температура воды в частном бассейне вполне подойдет, но в остальные месяцы хорошо было бы подогревать бассейн. Большой бассейн тоже прохладный. Было бы хорошо добавить тени на территории (у бассейнов и там, где гольф), И, хотелось бы, больше морепродуктов. Так же, очень помог бы выез в 12.00 вместо 11.00. В номер проникали муравьи, но это домик на земле, поэтому это естественно. Хорошо бы иметь адаптеры на ресепшне, Я привезла свой фен Дайсон и у него круглая вилка, которую можно вставить в розетку только с адаптером. В минимаркете на территории тоже не оказалось. Я купила его в поселке в магазинчике рядом с отелем. Мне всегда предоставляли адаптер в других отелях. В итоге, никаких серьезных недостатков не было. Мы прекрасно провели время.

il personale tutto gentile e sorridente, struttura pulitissima e la struttura davvero bella, ottima la spiaggia anche se da curare un pochino
