Great value, excellent quality, warm service. Perfect for solo/couple travelers.
Pros:

Loved the location - on a quiet side street from the main street, merely minutes on foot from Kashiwa train station. Hotel has been renovated recently (2025?) so the reception was very inviting, and the check-in /check-out was seamless. Having laundry room and vending machines were especially handy for longer stays. The standard room was perfect for a solo traveler - comfortable bed, enough room for an extra-large suitcase. I will definitely be back again!

Cons:

It's a relatively compact hotel, so when large numbers of travelers come, you can feel the squeeze in the shared areas. But not a significant deterrent.

夜10時ごろから上の階？空の音が結構響いてうるさかったあと､浴室入り口のドアの下をもう少し綺麗にしてくだされば完璧です

I didn’t expect that hotel stay with kids is so comfortable. I would like to stay here again.
Pros:

Room and sharing space were sparkling clean. Reception and restaurant staffs are so polite and kind. I stayed with two young children and double bed twin room has enough space. Also I’m glad it’s close to the train station.

Cons:

Cleaning staffs weren’t friendly but they did their job well though.
