The hotel has a good location, which made it convenient to explore Lisbon, and there were aspects of the stay that I appreciated, including the general comfort and atmosphere. The staff were nice and generally professional during my stay.
However, there were a few issues that impacted my experience. The coffee maker in the room was not functioning properly, the fridge was not adequately cold, and the air conditioning was not consistently effective. In addition, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in certain areas, which affected comfort during the stay.
While I did follow up afterwards and received responses from the hotel, these issues made our personal experience not ideal. I do appreciate that the hotel took the time to review my feedback and engage in follow-up communication. Although we did not agree on every point, I acknowledge their effort to reach a resolution.

Hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable, but rooms and bathrooms need some updating. Clean enough. Key cards kept not working. Balcony was nice. Duvet cover was ripped pretty badly and some of the towels were dirty. Location was great. Exterior of hotel was very cute.

The room (we had top floor with river view) was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel location was nice as well and we really enjoyed the square outside for grabbing a drink and relaxing.
The breakfast we paid for with our room did not have many vegan options and it would have been nice to have had more plant-based choices.

We had a family suit which was rooms 410 and 411 attached together. They smelled so moldy that we couldn’t breathe when we first got there. We mentioned it to the reception and they said they’ll ask cleaning staff to do a “special cleaning”. Knowing that it was mold I wondered if it was possible to get other rooms. We were told they’d try the next day because they were fully booked that day. Following day they told us they only have that suit on 3 floors and they’re all taken. To our luck the weather was great and we could keep the windows open to ventilate the rooms and that made it way better. On the other hand it’s unacceptable to rent rooms with mold and dirty stained carpet. The kind sweet girl that checked us in was amazing and helpful with limited ability to change anything. Location was amazing. AC wasn’t working in 410. Hotel needs serious renovations and up keep. Something simple as ventilating these rooms could make it so much better until the mold problem is fixed.
The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was so spacious for our family and very clean. It was quiet at night even though the streets were full of people and fun parties. I highly recommend staying here with family and teenagers.
I wish we could have stayed longer.
