No dentel kit was provided until we didn't ask for it.

Shower gel and shampoo were very limited. These things should be attached to the wall in the shower area so that we can use them as per need.

The shower head is broken and they don’t have water cooling and the shower needs maintenance as well
The room ac can’t be adjusted because of the remote is broken so it’s always freezing cold. They just need to fix those things and everything is okay

Overall good
Pros:

Staff are good. Offered help upon request. Food good enough. Server Sandeep was very good.

Cons:

Washroom sink was slow to drain the water. Hose for bath was fitted with tape. Not repaired well. Room door has gap from the floor and so whole night noise from other room was annoying us. Door was not able to be closed well unless we close it by applying pressure. Consider 2 locks for the door for the safety purpose.
